HERE IS THE STORY

 

100 years ago after the events of Ao no Exorcist: Dawn of a New Age

Lance, his wife, Lilith, and his friends were given a warning

A warning of an Apocalyptic Cataclysm.

A mysterious man in a hood gave them this warning to heed.

They did heed and trained for it.

But one thing was certain..

They were not prepared for it.

An invasion of aliens, called Kura, invaded Assiah.

Almost like demons, they quickly dismantled Assiah's government, military, and more importantly, its Exorcist and Ancient DemonSlaying techniques.

Lance and everyone else (from last RP) were captured and taken in as war prisoners.

Including the Olympic gods that were once helping Assiah.

Even worse, they banned all books of the art of Exorcism and DemonSlaying and anyone who was caught learning was punishable by death without trial.

Furthermore, anyone who were born with any special powers were automatically executed at birth or apprehended.

And it's leader?

None other than Chaos, the Creator of the Olympic gods.

 

Now, arises a new era of DemonSlayers

Equipped with none other than weapons either from Kura tech or a demons sealed power,

Or maybe even a power they've gained through birth.

They must fight against this new threat

Without any help from higher ups

Without any help from the government

Without any help from other nations.

 

It's been 50 years since.

 

.....All we have... Is each other....

We hide in the shadows..

We survive in the shadows..

We befriend the shadows...

Therefore, we call ourselves....

LETS GET STARTED

 

 

Ren Kazuya looked through his scope of his assault rifle. He was laying down in a guerrilla position to get a clear shot of his enemy. There were two Kura soldiers about 20 meters in front of him. He was in the forest near an enemy camp on a recon mission with around 4 other people with him. Their mission was to compromise the Kura's connections with the main base while getting information about Chaos' whereabouts. "Hologram Optics" Ren said as he pressed a button on his advanced assault rifle. Three rings appeared in front of his scope to help him get a silent headshot. "When I shoot, handle the other one. We've gotta be quiet or else the other Kura will come," Ren whispered to his men. "Where are the gods?" A soldier said sarcastically. Ren shot and killed his target with a headshot. The suppressor on his gun made no sound as it made contact with the Kura's head. Two other men quickly dispatched the other Kura who panicked in confusion. Ren got out of his hiding spot and looked at the dead Kuras.

 

"The gods can't help us now. We're on our own."

 

 

Oh, so NOW things get interesting.

"And what does you being in this 'Spear' family have to do with me?" Silver asked, glaring at her as he slowly pulled out his blue sword with his other hand. Weilding them normally; Silver looked at her.

"So what, we gonna fight? Because honestly, I don't see a reason to."

"You're the one who drew your sword." Kasai stated bluntly.

"100 years ago Silver. You should know this stuff about my parents." she said, her katana's engulfing in flames.

If Silver didn't know even who her parents were Kasai was going to freak out.

"Silver? Wait!!" Ren shouted as she hung up. There was a short moment of silence. "Are we going to help her?" One of his companions asked. "No. Out top priority are these plans," Ren replied. With that, the group edged closer to the base.

Silver sighed, "True...but you're still the one who reacted as if I was a threat. And no, I don't know anything about your parents." Silver replied, getting the feeling that somehow, not knowing those two people would make Kasai upset.

"It's not as if you'd know my father."

"Actually I might know. I know a lot of people actually." Kasai said with a slight smile.

In less than a second, using her speed, Kasai's right blade was at Silver's neck again.

"Ren didn't sound like he wanted me to fight you. I'll prove him wrong though." she said with a small smile, her disturbingly close to Silver's face, flames rose from her blades.

In a burst of fire, Kasai propelled herself back, white flames storming towards Silver. 

Silver's eyes widened, but turned dark. Almost as suddenly as Kasai had begun the attack, his blades were unsheathe and he was before her, one blade coming down in a swift strike. Dark matter seemed to follow him, as if he was bending it to teleport himself.

"Don't underestimate me." He muttered quickly, making another quick slash with his other weapon before immediately teleporting way.

Kasai blocked one attack, yet her arm had a bleeding gash from the other. She banished he flames and sheathed her left katana and began running a little deeper into the woods, away from where she had seen Silver. Once she was far enough, Kasai vanished into a tree. She grabbed her phone and dialed Ren once again. There was silence as it rung.

"Ren. I'm sorry about that. Silver teleported away from me. I had to fight him very briefly. Sorry about that." there was silence for a minute.

"This is Kasai if you don't know who this is you blunt idiot. I'm fine, just a scratch on my arm. I'm shooting a flare and guys are supposed to always go to the girl so I'm waiting here. Watch out I'm in a tree and if anyone does anything weird to me they will be dead faster than you can name all of my father's relatives." she said, not hanging up.

Kasai made a sphere of white fire in her hands, tossing it strongly up into the air, it literally exploding in the air.

"You should've seen that Ren. Right?" she asked, a smirk on her face.

(I think I'm just gonna drop out of this one. Sorry..)

(Just personal problems.. But I guess, I'll stick around for a bit longer...)

 

Silver sighed, leaning against a tree. He hadn't expected her to attack, and now she was gone.

Better tread carefully. If she still has any interest in battle, she could be anywhere. He thought, carefully sliding one blade back into its sheathe with a slight slnk as he looked around the tree.

(Gosh...I'm sorry if it is Personal Problems I'm not forcing you to do anything =n= )

(The daughter of the Spear family?) Fayette listened in a few yards away. (Kasai Spear? Some of the higher-ups have quite a bounty for the girl and her family.) Fayette thought, loading her pistol and keeping her sword unsheathed. (Shall I take the offensive? Or stay behind and start a forest fire?) She pondered to herself...looking up and around. (There's nowhere I can escape to where I would be safe from such fire...not when I could be interrupted.) Fayette gazed to the dusty clouds of smoke and gunpowder...(I've never been one to avoid risks. Someone may call me an idiot...) Fayette aimed her rocket launcher to the direction of where she heard Kasai. (But to Hell with them.) Fayette pressed down on the large trigger, forcing herself down against the recoil as the rocket launcher flew ahead before exploding. Trees knocked down and the stench of burning trees filled the air quickly as fire began. It'd take long enough to spread. Fayette dashed back the way she had come, away from the fire and Kasai. Even if she didn't die, the woods would be at a strong fire and it'd be quite a hazard. This amount of trees would spread and sustain itself easily. Fayette was at risk too, however. (Can't wait to get scolded in a bit.) She smirked.

 

 

(Oooh, that could be a pain for the Kura.) Lira thought. She flew above the camp and the DUSK, seeing what cpuld be referred to as a "bird." For now, at least. Lira's white dove feathers withered black and her beak stretched out, black as well, green eyes turning blood-red and becoming a crow once more. She grew to a ridiculously abnormal size for a crow though, bringing out its talons and strangling the "bird" as it Lira ripped it apart.

(Ugg...Rockets...another weird thing I can add to my stuff of weird things my character has been attacked with)

 

Kasai quickly leapt off the tree she was in, getting a good thirty yards away from it before it was completely engulfed in flames. She already had to hang up with Ren and looked to the direction Fayette was. Kasai quickly turned around. This wasn't good. The fire was quickly spreading. She took off, running with one unsheathed katana. The fire grew to behind her...like it was literally chasing after her. Kasai grabbed her phone, still running, she managed to pick up the tracker.

"Track Ren Kazuya." she said quickly. 

There was no stopping now. Kasai had to keep running from the fire. Shortly, her tracker had finished. She quickly read the tracker. Good, Ren was just ahead. Kasai kept going, and slowed down as Ren was in sight.

"Ren! We need to get out of here!" she yelled at him.

Getting out of there was rather obvious though. She ran straight to Ren's side.

"I'm fine for now don't worry about me. I won't be fine if we kept standing here." she snapped. 

(I've missed alot... Silver if you need to take a leave for personal reasons, then that's fine )

 

Ren watched the burning forest from afar. It was a good thing their base was miles away. He then saw Kasai running to his side. "What happened?" He asked as he gave the signal to prepare for battle. His team quickly dispatched in bushes and anywhere that could be used as a place to hide. They moved so fast, it was hard to see where everyone ran off to. There was only Ren and Kasai in clear view.

 

"Computer, grant me Kurasonic View," Ren said as a blue screen appeared in front of his right eye. "I can see further and view energy levels within reach no matter what they try to hide," Ren said as he looked at his phone. His eagle was still in the sky and it detected two great energy levels from where Kasai ran from. Ren quickly sent the coordinates to his team through his phone. "That's your target," He whispered to them via phone.

(No, it's fine for now.)

 

"What the.." Silver muttered. Something had only just exploded, and from the smell of smoke, part of the forest was probably on fire. "Great." He muttered, zipping up a tree to get a better view. He could see the trees fairly easy now--and a good portion of the woods was most certainly ablaze.

Silver jumped down, looking in every direction to figure out which way to go. Clenching his fists, he growled as he dove off in one direction, simply to escape the fire.

"Someone shot a freaking rocket at me causing the entire tree I was at to catch on fire." Kasai explained, rather mad.

She unsheathed her other sword.

"What do you want me to do Ren? I can't fight fire with fire." Kasai said, looking at Ren.

(Wait.. it's MY turn? Lol sorry guys )

 

"For now get to safety. The base is not too far from here. We'll take care of things here," Ren said as he looked at his phone on his wrist. He viewed the coordinates of the two energy levels from the eagle in the sky and sent them to his hidden soldiers and raised his hand which meant stand-by. "Go Kasai!" Ren ordered.

(I was sooo close to yelling at you over facebook >_>)

 

"I'm going...I'm going..." Kasai sighed, a bit mad at Ren's order.

She started walking off, looking back at Ren for one second.

"Idiot..." she muttered very quietly, then dashing off.

It took her only a couple of minuets to get to the base after running full speed. She held onto her mother's cross, looking towards the direction of the forest.

(lol ok... so now.. its either Silver or Schemer)

Lira screeched loudly as a crow. With an abnormal size, she completely raided the DUSK's "eagle in the sky." Lira strangled it with talons, diving down to crash it onto the floor before attacking and pecking her deadly sharp beak against the "eagle", shredding it apart in several moments. She ascended with it again, rising and shrinking to normal size before dropping it down forcefully, and flying away from gun-sight soon.

 

 

Fayette eventually began walking upon reaching where she had entered the woods. It was almost completely ablaze...it would take a miracle to extinguish it, much more than even containing it within the woods. It blazed amok and was somewhat at the verge of breaking beyond control. (I can already see Kasai Spear surviving...I know she did. This fire could be of use though. Not only will it conceal us for now...but eventually, it may clear out enough area to spot the base of DUSK.) Fayette thought...before she left back to where she came again. She needed a new victim, anyways.

Silver tripped. Coughing like mad, he wrapped one arm around his mouth; trying to block the ash and toxins from entering his lungs. Everything was a crackling, hot, burning frenzy of destruction as once proud trees became withered and charred.

Getting back up, Silver hazily ran through a thicket, trying to evade the roaring flames as he attempted an escape from the forest. He didn't know where he was going, but he only hoped he'd make it.

There! He cried in his mind. Silver held one eye open -the ash kept getting in and making his eyes water-, and saw the faint ray of sunlight from where the end was. Within moments, he barreled out and fell over again.

"One fell over there! Capture him!" Ren pointed to Silver as one rushed to get to him and bind him. Still using the Kurasonic eye, Ren noticed there was one more. He checked his phone once more and noticed that his bird was destroyed. "We'll have to be careful from here on in," Ren said as he looked straight ahead of the moving object. He quickly shot at it. The gun making no sound as the bullet hit the suppressor, the bullet was fired and shot into the bush.

Kasai sighed upon the look of the burning forest.

"Red flames..." she muttered.

Kasai made a white flame in her hand.

"They weren't like hers..." she said with a sigh.

Kasai banished the flame in her hand, walking to her quarters of the base. She sat on her bed, pulling the golden chain out from her shirt and staring at her mom's wedding ring.

"I'll get you guys back...that's a promise." she said a small smile on her face.

(REVIVE, roleplay thread. REVIVE.)

 

 

"Well, now, I don't see why DUSK would let a fire spread over the woods...it'll hurt more than help." Lira grumbled to herself. (Ah, so be it. I don't think the DUSK did it, anyway. The Kura sure as Hell didn't.) Lira thought...she changed into a fly and came out-of-sight, but near Ren. She silently changed out of it, becoming the spitting image [with voice and memories] of a more recent girl she had read the memories of. Lira ran up to Ren, with a katana sheathed at her side— as Kasai Spear.

 

Fayette stormed back into the mercenaries' temporary hideout. Fayette shoved the rocket launcher back where it was, keeping only her pistol and sword for now. She walked boldly past everyone, most of which mumbling and complaining about the fire. She ignored them, eventually bursting into the next room. "I need a new target. I don't feel the need to do anything without one."
