First level shown in this video is revealed to be named Cannon Canyons. Confirmed to be the Sixth level in the second area. (Unless it's changed for the full game)
Second is probably named something including the words "Balloon, Hot Air, Forest, or Board."
Third may be named something like "Mountain, Ride, or Air-Ship"
Fourth is first level.
Fifth might have "Beach or Crane in it's name"
Sixth is revealed to be the first level. Not too sure for it's name, as it doesn't have obvious hints. It kinda has all sorts of things.

Third, may be named "Jumping Jellies, Jamming Jellies, or Springing Slime, or Spring Jellies"
