1. When Sora arrives to The World that Never Was in KH3D, Xigbar/Braignort and YMX begin to explain how time travel works and the plan for the 13 members.  But when Xigbar shows Sora all the members, he shoots down exactly TWELVE arrows, thus appearing TWELVE members...but if you keep watching the cutscene, Xigbar stands in the back of the circle.  Wouldn't that make thirteen?  Why are there thirteen when Sora is supposed to be the only twelve at the moment and Sora is supposed to be the 13th?

2. If all those people become Xehanort, they essentially become same beings.  Can Xehanort than exploit this by travelling into their pasts? Or can he only do that from the point where they became fully Xehanort?

 

3. I'm sure Lea has proven himself to be a strong enough vessel.  Even though he did betray the Organization, why haven't they tried making him the thirteenth Seeker of Darkness?  They did it to Sora, so why not try doing it to him?

 

4. What time did YMX take Ansem; SoD and Xemnas from?  It feels as if they are stronger than before.  Obviously they were defeated at their strongest...or maybe not.

Those aren't the real members. They're just illusions. Notice how all of them are the same size as Young Xehanort.

I believe he has no power over them until the transformation has been completed.

I'd say that would go for a lot of people as well. Not just him.

I'm guessing they were picked up from somewhere near the end of their lives. And personally, I felt that Ansem was at his strongest when he became World of Chaos, and Xemnas was at his strongest during the final battles against Sora and Riku.
