In Days the parts which focus on Xion seem to show her slide into an existential crisis. Most notably the scenes where shes on the island dreaming about Riku's memories, the dream with her, Axel & Roxas and supplementary scenes like her conversation with Riku on Destiny Islands about whats best for everyone and when she slowly finds out shes a Replika.
Her ever changing disposition (especially after finding out about how even more fleeting her existence as a Replika seems even more so than the Nobodies) Which you can tell from how sad her face appears in cutscenes and her ever changing attitude until the games 3rd Act when Axel brought her back to Xemnas. From here one could assume her existential crisis was supplemented by madness as she later attacks Roxas or was repurposeed by Xemnas.
