It's a really good anime I recommend you all watch it whoever has watched, hopefully we can discuss it below!

The anime is about a boy named Gon Freeces who was abandoned by his father, Ging Freeces, because his father wanted to become a hunter. Now Gon wants to become a hunter and find out what was so interesting about it that his own father had to abandon him for it. Gon's goal is to find his father as well.

Out of curiosity, what did you think about the Chimera Ant Arc?Yeah, it looked like he put alot of power behind that swing, but also makes you wonder if Ging took it on purpose.

Well it had it's good moments and I liked the ending with Meruem and Komogi.....but compared with everything else I watched in the series the chimera Ant arc was boring.It was waay too long and drawn out for it's own good

I dunno,but none the less Ging deserved that punch cuz he was reaaaaally getting on my nerves through the whole series and Leoreo did exactly what I wanted to do to Ging

 

Besides,I like to believe that Ging didn't expect this punch as I doubt he expected a random doctor to master his nen powers

Yeah you know I'm not gonna deny that the Infiltration Of East Gorteu Palace arc was dragged for too long, but at the sametime I feel like the timing for everything was perfect. Though I did enjoy the intense psychological battles as well as the mad character developement. The way

The Royal Guards died was pretty nasty.

I felt pretty conflicted when

Mureum Dies. He was a hell of a villain

I'm not sure about you, but compared to other animes, I thought this arc is what made Hunter X Hunter a masterpiece. Some of the concept you don't see in other animes. Ging overall did some very amazing work, but man he's an asshole. I think that punch did some damage to him too. Still this is Ging we're talking about, he probably had something planned for Leorio. Either he took that punch so that Leorio would be in favor of the majority and gain more votes than Paris Hilton, or he lied because he knows that Gon won't allow Ging to come for him when Gon was tasked to find him in the first place, or he intends for Leorio to crush the Zodiacs.

I doubt he planned something for Leoreo as he never met him,talked to him or even knew his name,and even if he did that makes him even more of an asshole when all he cares about is a game of presidential campaign more than his only son

Not really,the recordings were filled with cryptic bullshit hints for Gon to use as leads,I dunno if he left such thing with Gon's aunt maybe but that isn't really an excuse for him.If he didn't want to be a dad why marry a woman to begin with?Free sex?

Man todays episode was pretty intense. Hard to see a character from the original series die like that, but it'll get worse.
