Allie wandered through the endless maze of the library, her fingers running ovr the spines.

 

"Hmm, what to read..."

Ienzo popped his head out from inbetween volumes of a Lexicon...

"Need help Allie?"

(can I stalk this rp? yes? no? Okay I shall anyway )

Allie smiled, shaking her head.

 

"Nah, maybe you do though. You're always reading that book. Try something else for a change."

"Hey! I resent that."

He said, half smiling.

"Yeah right, c'mon, I have a book I'm dying for you to read." She said, rushing over to grab Ienzo's hand.

 

"By the way, how's Professor Even?"

Ienzo sighed...

"Still sick."

 

He followed her...

Allie frowned but then laughed lightly.

"You know...I've never met Even and yet I feel horrible when this happens...why is that?"

"I couldn't tell ya Allie."

He said with a half frown...

He hugged her.

Allie blushed lightly. She never understood why Ienzo acted so affectionate toward her. He knew Proffesor Even didn't like it. He didn't even want Ienzo to be associating with her.

 

"Ienzo..."

"I know... and I don't care what he thinks about us..."

Allie sighed. They were only 10 and yet Ienzo acted so...so...so grown up. Sometimes she wished he could be only a little more childish.

 

"Yeah," She stopped walking, coming to the back of the library. "We're here."

"What is it you wanted to show me?" Ienzo asked again, rather confused

She leaned forward and picked up a dusty old book.

 

"Here, it's for Even and you to read. I figured that you and your experiments could use some help."

"I'm not quite sure how to take that."

He started flipping through the pages...

"Allie, this book is amazing!"

"Well I actually took a random guess on what you were studing, being that you refuse to let me near your lab or explain what you do." She frowned, crossing her arms. No matter how much she begged she never was allowed to go.

"I would take you Allie... but Even won't let anyone but me and Master Ansem come within hairs breadth."

Ienzo had his head buried within the book...

it was about the workings of the heart

"Mhm, that's what you always say. What if no one was there? Then could I go? Even is sick, it's not like he's ther-"Allie cut herself off noticing the cold stare she was getting.

Ienzo then drooped his head...

"I wasn't gonna tell you this... but Evens not just sick. He's Dying......"

Allie's expression softened.

 

"Couldn't you use the book to maybe help him?"

"No.... it's a completely different variety of subject matter." Ienzo said, tears welling in his eyes.

She started to fret about shaking her hands nervously.

"No no no!! Don't cry! It's okay i didn't- ohhhhhhhhhhh man -_-'"

A single tear streaked down Ienzos cheek... and that was all, Ienzo was never emotional... to the point they were near nonexistant. The closest thing to a feeling he has... is his love for Allie.

Ironic, isn't it?

She ran about trying to find something to make him laugh, anything!

 

"GAH!!" Finding nothing she scratched the back of her head.

 

"I'm sorry ienzo reaally sorry!"

Ienzo put a finger to her lips.

"It's okay..." and with that he kissed her.

 

They were very young... but their love was very real.

Allie blushed, pulling with a hand to her mouth.

 

"I-I..." She turned away, rushing out the door. "My..foster mom will want me home." Though it was only 4 o' clock she scurried out of the door. Only to be met face to face with the worst one she could have run into. Lea.
