How to find the special bonus cards

Well there are these special bonus cards in re com that are called Gold Card and Platinum Card and they the gold card can make you reload premium cards and the platinum card makes u invincible for a short amount of time. So what I was wondering is where do I find those? Are they in one if those special teasure rooms? If you know please tell me so I can finally find everything in that game! :)
