I'm sure many of you guys know this sidequest already.....seriously this one of the most annoying sidequests I ever played and I won't believe that someone has done it without Bulbapedia or youtube.

 

Giving her the Xtransiver isn't hard......but after that you have to call 50 TIMES....FIFTY FREAKIN TIMES....and you have to go back and forth between several locations and stand in the exact...and I mean exact spot where you can all her....then after calling her 50 times then she'll agree to trade with you.

 

I know the Pokemon she gives you are rare like Spiritomb and Ralts....but the process of doing this sidequest is so annoying that I would prefer to get them by trading

If you do the quest throughout the story, and aren't really trying to do it directly, it may take longer, but it also makes it more enjoyable since it's not "Okay, go here, then there, then here, then there, then, here, then there" constantly. I do it in-between Pokemon Runs(Where I'll go to capture certan kinds of pokemon, be it for Pokedex or my own amusement or trade) and other quest. And I find that I'm almost never on the same spot as before, but around it, and she'll be able to be called. Maybe it's because I didn't try and make it all in one go, but i actually found the Yancy quest fun, and not too annoying. And it shows that Nintendo is kinda trying to make the games age a little by adding a smallish romance sidequest, rather than just catching all the Pokemon and fighting trainers, kinda expanding the world of Pokemon IMO.
