Question for Kazoku Budokan Martial Artists

Well, I just wanted to say that, Kazoku Budokan has been closed, & replaced by something called "16th Avenue Mall" or something like that, & also, its website is no longer accessible. Does this mean said dojo is permanently out of business? If not, where can I find it?
