I guess I'll start~

Kuro lay on a sunny and warm patch of grass, snoozing. The area he was in was a clearing with a few large rocks and a small pond. He was tired, and wanted to sleep badly. Now he was finally asleep, and he had his arms behind his head while he was peacfully, but rather loudly, snoring. His Katana lay next to him, a few bits of dirt lay on the blade, showing that it was dropped carelessly. A black cat walked towards him and lay on his chest, staring at his face with wide eyes. He woke up, surprised at the sudden pressure on his chest and stared face-to-face at the cat. He jumped up in surprise and the cat fell of his chest and fled, leaving him alone in he clearing. He sighed and sat down, picking up his Katana and blowing the dirt off of it.

Katrina smiled. "I'm gonna follow you!" She put her long-sword on her back. "Kuro, do you think, Hilary is going to leave us alone for a while?" Katrina was tired. She hoped they could get to the hut as fast as possible.

He sighed. He wanted to beleive they would leave him alone. "The darkness never rests.." He said, thinking of his own dark enemy. He shook his head. "Let's go, before it gets too dark." He said, turning to his Fennec Fox form and dashing away.

Katrina turned into a dove and ran after Kuro. I believe the Light can win...if Hilary doesn't go insane... Katrina jumped over many things in her path. Hilary, please don't make me your next victim! You took mother and father. Not me, too!

Kuro arrived at the hut and hopped in, settling down in a warm corner. He didn't change into his human form, the fur he had would help keep him warm. He looked out of the door to wait for Katrina too arrive to go to sleep.

Katrina rushed to Kuro. She saw that he was in animal form to keep warm, so she also stayed a dove. Katrina curled up. She looked at Kuro. "Good-night, Kuro..." Good-bye, Mom and Dad...

Kuro rested his head on the floor, closing his eyes. "Good night, Katrina." He said, yawning tiredly and sprawling out in his corner. He had hit his katana in the movement, sending it out of his reach if he were to take it. He fell asleep too quickly too notice, let alone worry.

Katrina was soon up. She had reverted back to a human. She saw Kuro asleep. "I can't get sleep..." Katrina wandered outside. "I thought I heard something." She noticed a shady figure walking about. "What the...Hilary?" Katrina stayed low and in the shadows. "Wait...that weapon...Kuro's swor--katana!" Katrina hid in the bushes. Hilary whirled around. "I could've sworn I heard something." Katrina took a deep breath. "Thank goodness..." "Boo!" Hilary exclaimed. Katrina jumped. Hilary cackled. "Oh, Katrina. You would've hit the ceiling!" "Give that katana back right now, or you're going to be in for a world of pain!" "Why should I give it back? I have plans...to take it to the boss." Boss? Katrina didn't understand. Katrina lunged for the blade, but Hilary held it high. "I'm serious, Hilary. Kuro will beat your sorry behind!" Hilary hurled the katana into the hut. Katrina dashed for the hut. "Go for it," Hilary coaxed. Katrina stayed put. "I'm not falling for your dirty tricks!" Hilary pulled out her scythe. "See this weapon? Remember her? I still have my baby, and now, she cries for you. She wishes for you to play with her. At once, play dead!" Hilary shouted. Katrina went to Kuro's katana. "I have the katana. If you want it, you need to get past me!" Katrina began to shake. Kuro was sleeping right beside her. "I'm begging you, Hilary. Please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, PLEASE don't do it."

Kuro shifted in his sleep and curled in a ball, unaware of what was going on. Something inside him told him to wake up, and shortly he opened his eyes. He looked up at Katrina and yawned. He noticed Hilary there, too, and he instantly jumped up, grabbing for open air until he noticed Hilary with his weapon. "That's nice..." He muttered, extending his claws. At least he could use these in his animal form..

"Oh! The puppy's awake, now!" Hilary mocked. "It's a fox, Hilary!" growled Katrina. "Well, I'd love to chat, but I must go. You love-foxbirds have a good snooze!" Hilary waved. "No!" Katrina clenched her fasts. "Kuro, she said she wanted to take the katana to "the boss". What does she mean by that?!" Katrina asked Kuro.

Kuro stared in complete fear in open air, thinking about his enemy. Kuro morphed into human again and crossed his arms, closing his eyes. "The boss.. Is the leader of the darkness. He controls what goes on and where. He's.. An old enemy. And I can't let him take my sword!" At that, his skin seemed to have a black tint to it, almost like if was turning completely black. He wondered what the leader would do with his katana..

"So stopping Hilary is a major priority," Katrina realized. "Wow. You really are stupid, Katrina. Why morph into a dove, a bird, when your name has "cat" in the name?" "S-shut up about that! Give us the katana back!" "You'll have to catch me," Hilary said. "I still cannot believe you never knew about the leader, Idiotrina!" Katrina's face went pale. She had a tear in her eye. Katrina didn't know how to respond. Her eyes were white. "How could you say that? It is true! Girls do tend to be a bully more, verbally!" Katrina wailed. "I love my name!" "And so do I do. It helps me deceive the lower-class males!" Hilary laughed. "That is enough, Hilary! You're getting on my nerves!" shrieked Katrina.

Kuro looked at Hilary with pure rage. "Leave her be!!" He yelled, coming close to her and kicking her stomach, followed by a punch towards the face. Kuro had never tried to attack hand to hand, but if he didn't have his katana, it was his only choice.

Hilary filled with anger after the damage. "The leader. He will be victorious...Kuro," Hilary pointed at Kuro. She took his throat and upper-cut his face. She then kicked him over. "Never...tick...the...darkness...off!" Katrina stepped up in front of Kuro. Hilary turned and began to step away when she had an idea. "How about you give the leader your katana yourself? Refuse, and I'll burn this entire forest down!" Hilary told Kuro. Hilary lifted Katrina's chin up. "I'll also murder this girl. Right in front you," Hilary warned. She pushed Katrina aside. "So, what shall it be...Kuro?" questioned Hilary. The katana was attached to Hilary's back.

Kuro looked down at the floor. He couldn't let the forest die, or Katrina, he was here to save it.. But what would happen if he went? Would the boss kill him, like he intended? Or will he come out alive? Questions clouded his mind until he made his decision. "I'll go.." He answered, almost forced. He did not want to go. A voice inside him pleaded for him not to go, but he faced Hilary with confidence.

"Well then...I'm sure you know the way. I'll stay behind you to make sure you don't trick me..." Hilary turned to Katrina. "And you, you stick with us!" Katrina gulped. "Kuro..." Katrina looked at him. "Silence!" Hilary screamed. "Lead the way, Kuro..." Katrina whispered.

Kuro dreaded his decision already. He walked outside of the hut and turned heading towards a darker part of the forest. He stared at the ground the whole way there, wondering what consequences lay hidden for him there.

Silver was lost. As usual.

He had been wandering around a forest for the past few hours, after having been abandoned by the traveling troupe he had been with. Due to the fact he slept a lot and rather heavily at that, it was no wonder the troupe left him behind when they had a schedule to keep, and Silver wouldn't budge or wake up. So here he was, lost and alone in some forest that few maps had even kept track of.

"Is anyone even here?! Hello! Yeesh, I know this is some place far away from civilization, but I can't be that lost...!" Silver yelled, looking around. He frowned, sighing a bit as he continued to walk. Someone had to be here.

A hand fell on Silver's shoulder from behind.

"Kuro...I'm scared!" Katrina breathed. Hilary swung the katana around the air. Katrina was terrified for Kuro. "You do like each-other..." "Cut that out!" Katrina shouted. "Hilary, you can't get away with this!" Katrina yelled. "Remember that when we do," Hilary replied.

Kuro sighed. "It's going to be alright, Katrina.." He said, not looking back. He hoped what he said was true. Kuro could hear a soft, sinister chuckling not far away. He sighed. They were close.

Hilary danced around. Katrina wanted to hold Kuro's hand. "Are you ready, Kuro?" she asked him. Hilary handed the katana to Kuro. Katrina closed her eyes and tried to think about something she loved.

"I... I think so.." He stammered. He tried to remember what Flow had said to him. He grabbed the katana and walked up to the large, dark, castle-looking building that held his horrors. Taking a deep breath, he pushed one of the heavy doors open, looking back to see if either of them were following.

Silver nearly yelped before he turned around; his black sword out and ready as he aimed it at the person who laid a hand on his shoulder. "The heck! Don't scare me like that! Nearly gave me a freakin' heart attack!" Silver exclaimed, his face turning stern. He hadn't even gotten a good look at the person yet; he was too busy yelling to really notice.

Katrina followed Kuro. Hilary lagged behind. Katrina quickly run up with Kuro. Hilary closed the door shut. Katrina had no idea what to expect, and she was very confused and frightened. There should be more light than darkness. So why can't we find any more Light? Did they turn to the darkness? Katrina thought.

Kuro gulped as they started to walk a large flight of stairs. He started feeling dizzy, but ignored it. He could at least try to get there, without dying... Kuro started to wish he wasent such a coward.
