It's supposed to be (a picture of someone else's) Sims 2 version of Vexen from Kingdom Hearts. But I don't think it looks like Vexen. I think it looks like Michael Jackson in drag. I mean it! Look at the face! I think it looks like Michael Jackson. (Hee-hee!)
