Iwata will be hosting it. I believe this direct might announce more Mega evolutions. No official word yet on what they will be talking about.

    It's just an assumption right now (so apologies aren't necessary :) ), but why would I pay the price of a 3DS XL themed for Pokemon, to not receive a copy of X or Y with it?

    Or comes with a code for either X or Y. Wii U Deluxe with Wind Waker HD will be code based and not preinstalled.
