Hmm... I don't see anything wrong with the code. It might depend on a website you're posting it from. Not all websites work.

If you are using Deviantart pictures, they won't work. At least that's what has happened to me.

You have to upload the pics in places such as Imageshack, Photobucket or Tinypic. The latter is IMO the best one, you don't even need to register. c:

 

Of course, you have to use the correct BBCode;
