"You're... the champion!?" Indy was completely caught off guard. "So... You're the one I'll surpass when I get all the badges!" He gripped a Poke Ball. "Heh... Who's gonna go against him? If no one else wants to, I'll go ahead and give it a shot!" He shouted, excited to test his skills against the champion of Dragozar. "Hey... If I win... Would I become the new champion?" He asked.

 

"You really think you can do it, Indy...?" Mei was concerned. She knew that Indy didn't take losing well, and wasn't sure what would happen if he were to be defeated by the Dragozar League Champion, especially considering how much he disliked Hirobi.

 

"I've got this!" He reassured Mei.

"Oh really? Well then, try your best..." He said, as he tossed his Pokeball, sending out a Feraligatr. "Give it your all!"

 

"...Isn't that the final evolution of Totodile?" Belle asked.

 

"Yes...if he's as powerful as he says he is, Indy'll have a tough time with this..." Says Venom.

"A Feraligatr..." Indy realized he'd gotten himself in a situation he couldn't get out of. He wouldn't back out though, he'd keep going until the match was over. "Alright, you can do this, Elekid!" Indy shouted as he sent out the Electric type Pokemon. "Use Thunder Shock!" He commanded Elekid, which followed through with the order.

The Feraligatr took it, but with what looked like very little effect, even for it being super effective. "Feraligatr, Hydro Cannon!" Commanded Hirobi. Then the Feraligatr launched a gigantic blast of high-pressurized water at the Elekid.

Elekid was directly hit by the Hydro Pump, and was instantly KO'd. "Elekid!" Indy shouted, and returned the Pokemon to its Poke Ball. "Alright, go Totodile!" He sent out Totodile. Great... Only two more left... "Use Bite!"

The Feraligatr flinched a little as the Totodile bit his hand. "Ah, I see you have the first form of Ferligatr...reminds me of the good ol' days when I adventured with Feraligatr when he was a Totodile...but enough reminiscing! Feraligatr, Superpower!" The Feraligatr then proceeded to grab Totodile and fling him into the air. Then the Feraligatr jumped up into the air, and kicked Totodile down to the ground, and then punching him when the Feraligatr came down to the ground.

 

(If this seems OP, then you'll have a sense of how much more powerful Indy's become once(or if) he beats Hirobi at some point.)

Houndoom tried to stand up to the torrent of water, but fell over. "Houndoom, return..." Indy called his Pokemon back, distraught by the one-sided battle. Not even his battle with Venom had gone this badly. "I couldn't even take one Pokemon down...?" He asked.

Hirobi returned his Feraligatr, and walked over to Indy. "Sorry, but all of your Pokemon weren't strong enough for one that I've been raising since I was 13...even still," Hirobi said holding out his hand, "Good battle!"

Hirobi bowed. "Thank you, everyone. Now, if I may, I shall journey with you for a while. I'm heading back to the Pokemon League, which is down this route, and since we're trainers, we've gotten along again, and we have a common path, why shouldn't we party up for a while?"

Everyone else started following, and they began their trek. After a while, however, they came to a nice, big open clearing. "This seems like a good place to stop, right?" Arch asked the group.

However, I can show you one of my Pokemon..." Said Hirobi, as he walked over to his Feraligatr. "This guy here won the league for me! And he's also, of course, one of my six Pokemon for the league!" He said, as the Feraligatr started smiling at the him.
