Re:CoM Heartless card list/guide?

I'm now up to collecting all the Heartless cards whilst leveling up and opening rooms since that's all that's left for Sora, plus the 100 Acre Wood mini-game trophies. 

 

So I'm in need of a list/guide for the Heartless cards. I'd like the list to be in the exact same order as Re:CoM in HD 1.5 ReMIX so I can easily point out which ones I'm missing. I'm missing 19 at this stage.
