An Owl, a Cat, and a House (loose 1x1 between Neko-chan and Sikota Urinakano)

Posted

An owl, and a cat. Not really though, just two adolescent lovers spending time together in a nice beach house and fooling around, getting on each other's nerves and enjoying every second of it. Yes, this RP was made for my little kitten and myself, but if you want (and is she's okay with it) post a sign-up inside some spoiler tags later in the RP and come along and knock on the door. Things are bound to get boring eventually if it's just the two of us. But then there's that one door...

Here I am:

Name: Sikota Urinakano

Age: 15

Gender: Believe it or not, male

Appearance: don't judge me, Neko

Kotori... I wiped a tear forming in my eye. Hers and Akito's was such a sad tale. A sad tale indeed. I retraced the events of our first 1x1 to the hot spring. "That was for comedic affect!" I said defensively. "What about you and all of that fan service? Were you trying to seduce Akito or something?" I suppressed the laughter at the idea that the pervert was trying to get to me through her character. I was half-curious as to how I trusted her this close to me with the things that go through her head.

"Maybe she was." I snapped.

"There is too much guy fanservice out there, why not have some woman fanservice? Plus, they have fanservice in anime, why can't I make fanservice in roleplays?" I said seriously, crossing my arms.

(How long do you think before Neisan starts stalking us?)

I rolled my eyes. Clearly Neko had not deeply explored the entire anime fan-base. Or at least cover as much as I had in my three year old otaku life. Oh the things I stumbled upon! It's not that there was more more fanservice, she had just experienced more. I myself had witnessed too much of both. I had to get these things out of my head. I stood up and stretched. "Let's head out for a bit." I said. "Put your jacket on and we'll go. Maybe we can actually get something done today."

I nodded, standing up, and putting my RWBY jacket back on before folding up my blanket and sitting it back on the couch.

"Let's go." I said seriously, rather quickly heading out of the door.

I wait for a second before Sikota came outside.

(You never know, he may be watching us now.)

I was hit with a slight chill as I exited the house. Maybe I should've layered up a bit more. It was a shame it was too cold to hit the beach. Then again, the two of us underdressed in the sand and surf could cause for some mischievous antics on Kurai's part. Unfortunately the hot spring would be even worse and that seemed inevitable. I guided my sweet to the entrance of the forest. There would be a fork, left leading to the spooky part, and eventually the hot spring, turning right would take us into town. "Rather ominous this morning." I said, observing the looming tunnel of trees. "It is even very thick and I can barely see that far in."

"Wha–Sikota! I don't want to go in the forest!" I snapped.

"It's dark and scary...." I muttered, grabbing his arm.

"I wanna go somewhere else..." I complaint.

"If we're heading to town, we either have to go the really really really long way around the forest, or we can take the path here." I said seriously. "Besides," I continued a little more lightheartedly, "this isn't even the worst of it. We're just going into town, and won't get any darker than it already is in there. If we turned left, then it'd get really dark and scary. But that's also the route to the hot spring." With Kurai clinging to my arm, I began to guide her into the woods. "You're decision."

"Then carry me." I demanded.

"If we're going far into the forest...carry me!" I said snappishly, demanding too.

"And hurry."

"Snappy one, aren't you?" I asked jokingly. I slipped my arm out of her hold and wrapped it around her shoulder, leaning down and lifting her by the legs with my other arm. "Not a problem, my sweet." I told her. She was even lighter than I had thought. And that was saying something. There was a reason I called her my dear flower every now and then. "Hurry." I told myself. I moved into a light jog through the forest. Cross country had given me stamina, but I wasn't used to running with a load of any kind. But this wasn't a problem at all.

"Don't run! Your going to drop me!" I snapped.

I was always wary about someone running while carrying me. I always hated it. Good thing Sikota didn't carry me on his back or I would be gripping onto his so hard I would 'choke him'. That's what my sister says I do. But it doesn't matter, at least I have someone to be carrying me.

I slowed back to a walking pace. "You just told me to hurry." I said.

I thought for a moment. "I'm guessing I should just walk relatively quickly then."

I wasn't running, but I was hurrying. This was probably what I should've done in the first place.

"You don't have to hurry..." I said rather quietly.

I didn't want to tell him, but I kind of liked it....someone holding me this close. It's that weird feeling you can't describe. I looked up to Sikota.

"S-Sikota...." I began, but cut off my sentence.

Good thing I was quiet...maybe he didn't hear me.

I slowed. Not by much, but it was definitely noticeable. It was less what Kurai said, but more of what I thought she said. I could've sworn I heard her go 'S-Sikota' but I couldn't tell. It wouldn't have been the first time I heard her voice in my head. "Did you say my name?" I asked her.

"N–no." I squeaked, imminently looking away.

I WAS going to tell him something, but now I'm not. It wasn't that important, so it would be okay.

"Riiiiggghht." I said sarcastically. "You've piqued my curiosity, Kurai-chan. But if you aren't gonna tell me, then so be it." It as probably no big deal. There was a moment of silence between us. I adjusted my hold of Kurai, moving her body just slightly closer to mine. She was lazy and blunt enough to ask me to carry her, but moreso trusted me to allow it.

"We're here." I chimed, looking at Sikota.

I squirmed out of his arms, fixing my jacket some.

"Let's go." I said with a smirk, starting to walk off.

"Hold on you!" I sprung forward catching up to Neko in just a couple of strides. I took a half step forward with my arm around her shoulder pulling her with me. "You aren't gonna get away from me that easily!"

"I can get away from you easily...." I complaint.

"Let's go." I said with a small smile.

  • Author

"Not likely." I replied, letting Kurai go. "But like I said, not that easily."

I offered her my hand. "But yeah. Let's go." I smiled back.

I nodded and we were off towards where we were going....I really didn't know.

"...Where are we going anyway?" I asked.

( You're not gonna take my hand D: )

I paused and thought about this for a moment. "You know, I'm not really sure." I said with a little chuckle. "I guess maybe some window shopping, some legitimate shopping, maybe got some food, like a snack or some lunch depending on the time of day. Sound like a decent enough plan to you?"

(NEKO IS SORRY)

"That sounds wonderful." I said with a smile.

Noticing Sikota's hand, I imminently took it. I hated going out places, but when I have to....I have to.

More out of the woods, and more in town, I strolled along the side walk with my little kitten at my side. We passed by a building with a clock. 10:10. Definitely not time for lunch. "You up for snack or something, Kurai-chan?" I probably knew the answer, but it's always best to check.

"Not right now....maybe later...." I said.

I usually was always hungry. The only time I'm not really hungry is in the mornings. Until 11:00 rolls around.

I gave a small smile, a mischievous smile. That was very unexpected.
