If you want fansubs try kh-vids.net; the videos are of poor quality, and the subs are a bit off, (not to mention the fact that I don't even know if they've fansubbed BBS and Coded yet) but it's about the best you'll get. *shrugs* You're really better off just waiting for them to come out in English.
