So those who played knows that serah dies at the end due to her having the eye of etro. My question is how did she get the eye of etro? Another question is would serah still die if she did not go on a journey with Noel ? And finally is there any other way to kill Caius without killing etro. I realized that there is no way to avoid grand pulse and Valhalla from merging together. It's either cocoon falls and apolcaypse or etro dies and fussion of the two 'planets'.

O.o Professor Ozpin from rwby is knowledgeable on final fantasy.What about lightning? She was chosen by etro to be her champion so she should have the eyes as well right? And she did see into the future in the dlc.Also how would serah die if she didnt go with noel. If wouldnt prevent the falling of cocoon and this would mean there is no future , so the eye would be useless.
