-well, I'll be damned. It worked?-

"Okay, so what dose the rest of the mission entail?" Walter said. He looked at Zander. He could only imagine what he was thinking. But all that matterd to him was finishing the mission, so he could get his true prize.

"We will walk through this forest. This is the fastest way to the training fields. There I will train you." Zander stood up and started walking again.

Alyss jumped on her feet and followed him. "Aren't we going to wait for the others?" She asked.

"We lost a lot of time already. They will find the way... I hope" Zander said

While walking for an hour of two they reached to Traing Fields. "You guys can have a break now" Zander said and went in on of the cabins on this field.

Alyss looked at Walter. "Well, we have time now"

"Okay. " Walter found a bench near the traning grounds. "Sit, you tell your story first... Mine probably pales in comparison..."

No answer. "Okay then, I'll go." He held her hand. He could do this. "My powers manifested when I was around 3. That's what they told me, anyways. My parents gave me up to the origination called O.U.S.P , or the organization for the universal study of powred people." He looked in her eyes. "I was placed in the psi- category, where they studied the manipulation if matter. They weren't a lot of us. We weren't given names... We were given numbers. I was #4. We were trained to use our power to kill things. That's what we were seen as, weapons. " He remembered the girl. "The one who made me who I was was #5, the oldest. She was found by them as an orphan, who kept her power under wraps. She taught me my morals. Never to kill without good reason. Love all life." He remembered the warmth of #5's smile, the conversations they had. "She was my family member that I never had. That was when it went bad." Walters face went deadpan. "They started taking us out, two by two, but only one would ever return. I was never called. Until it was only me and #5 remained. She told me that they found parents. That they got out. But she became more distant every time she would be called. Then one day, we were both called. I asked her 'We got parents?'

'Yes,' she said. 'You will be free.' We were sent into a room. It was big and grey. " tears formed In his eyes. "She told me the truth. She had been killing the others, to find out who the best one was. She told me she broke her rule. That she had become distant, because she couldn't face herself any more. I was going to free her, she said. I couldn't belive it. 'That's why she was she was able to be so resistant with the tests, she was the strongest.'" Walter tapped his head. "She was able to manipulate people. From their minds to their organs. That how she-" Walter started to cry "She said that she had become a bad person, that it was okay for me to kill her. I wouldn't raise a finger, I told her. Not to my sister. " he looked at his hands. "She said I didn't have to kill her alone. T-that's when... My body started to move on its own... She... She" he finally let his emotions out "SHE MADE ME KILL HER! After that, I swore she would be the last thing I would ever kill. I was kicked out of the origination. Said that due to my 'reckless behavior' I had lost their 'best chance'. I lived a homeless nomad, until I was called into this job. I would teach the teachings of #5."

"And I'm telling you this... Because... As a nomad, I expirince true lonlienes. And I remembered about #5 stories about 'girlfriends' and 'boyfriend' " And Walter let lose his feelings "I-I like you! You- you are beautiful, and I-I want to be your boyfriend!"

Alyss didn't know what just happened. She sat there speechless. She put her arms around him and hugged him. Then she started telling him her story. "I had a pretty normal life. I lived with my mother in a small house. Everyday was the same but I liked it. I was eating and my mom was working in the garden when she saw the planes and the bombs. She yelled at me that I had to go to the cellar. I did but she never joined me. When I went outside everything was gone. There were some survivors on the streets but the most of them were wounded. Eventual we were with 5 people who survived. But two of them were wounded and died pretty quick after I joined them. So then we were with 3, X, Y and me. I never asked there names so I gave them the names X and Y. The next morning X and Y were gone. They left me alone. But then Zander found me. And yeah..." She started to miss her mother. She didn't really realize that she was gone. But telling Walter this story the pain in her heart started to come up. She was trying to hold her tears but it was hard. But then she thought about what he said. He wants to be my boyfriend. She had to response something! "Sorry Walter, but we just met each other. I like you too but I don't think it is love. Give me some time" She said. Then she stood up and took a walk.

As Hazimie was taking a break by sitting beside a tree,he was trying to sharpening his sword as he watch Alyss and Walter's conversation from afar,then he look at Zander,who is trying to break like the others."I wonder how long the War will last?"Hazimie said as he wondering.Then,he sense a presence behind him.It was a wild tiger,whose watching Alyss and Walter as if it tries to ambush them.As soon as the tiger jumped,Hazimie jumped towards it and slash it by using his sword,killing it."You two okay?"Hazimie said to the two of them,as he want to know their safety...

"Yes... I guess we aren't that close... I think it's not love yet... I think what we have is....friendship?" He thought abbot the words he was told as a student of #5. "Brothers, er, friends in arms? No... Doesn't sound right... Maybe-" she left before he could finish his sentence

-great, now she thinks you talk to yourself... I can feel the love blooming like roses in spring...-

And then he saw the tiger "Ahh! No!" He said to the boy. "You-you killed it! No!"

"Thank you!" She thought for a second. "Your name was Hazimie, right?" She asked. She hoped she was right. She looked at the swords he was holding. "Nice weapons! When I was little I always wanted to fight with a sword. So I always took a stick and started hitting trees" Alyss laughed when she said that. Good memories. 

Zander walked to Hazimie. "Here. Some food" He when he gave him a food pack. "The break is almost over, guys! Prepare yourself!"

Alyss nodded and started to stretch.

"But...but..." He stared at the dead tiger. He got the order to stretch. "Okay..."

Robin stumbled into the training field with sticks and leaves sticking out from him everywhere. "WHAT YOU COULDN'T WAIT?" Robin gave a cheeky smile. Robin brushed the leaves off of him, he wasn't used to the woods, it was an interesting experience. Robin walked up to the group of three, He looked down to see the dead tiger "...well that's certainly interesting." he smiled at them all, "hey, I'm Robin, the pleasure's all mine." he chuckled and stuck out his hand not knowing who's hand he should shake first.

[Hazimie 1,595]

As Hazimie have killed the tiger,he got a food pack from Zander."Thanks.I'm gonna eat it later..."Hazimie said as he keep it for awhile.Then,he take out some cloth to clean his sword from the tiger's blood.Then,he saw a boy named Robin approaching them."I'm Hazimie,and i'm sorry for not shaking your hands right since i'm in the middle of cleaning my sword..."Hazimie said to Robin as he introduced himself but not shake his hand,but he turn him down politely...

"A-and I'm Walter..." He said to Robin, looking at the tiger. What a senseless murder... But he had a feeling that would not be the last animal murder.

"Hi Robin! My name is Alyss. Nice to meet you!" She shook the hand of Robin and smiled. She looked at the tiger. "Such a beautiful creature. Too bad it's dead..." 

"Hello there Robin". Zander said. He clapped in his hands 2 times. "Okay guys! Follow me for a second." He walked to a parcour. "First you have to run to that wall, climb over the wall, jump over a hole, crawl under the nets and swim across the lake. Then run back to me. I will then give you some stuff to carry. Then you will do the parcour again." He looked at the tiger. "I will clean that up. Okay guys, you can start now!"

Alyss ran to the wall and started climbing. This time without any help.

Walter preformed the parkour tricks with finesse. In his nomadic years, he spent his sweet time trying to evade the law... That was the second rule of #5 he had broken. No theft. He had tried to stop it, but it became nessecary to survive.

Inaru stared at the parkour. "Well, here we go..." She walked to the wall and climbed it like it was nothing. The other things she did with elegance. She dived into the water and swam across the lake. When she was on the other side she headed back to Zander. "You know how cold this is?" She took the stuff. It was pretty heavy. And did the parkour again. This time slower because of the stuff she was carrying and because she was wet.

The bags slowed Walter down a little bit. "You are good!" He said to Inari. "I'm having trouble keeping up!"

"Thanks kid". Inaru said speeding up a bit. She wanted to be the first one that arrived. But this kid would be a problem. He was fast and that irritated her a bit. She could use her ability. But that was cheating so she didn't.

"My name is Walter, by the way!" He vaulted , and got the lead to the finish line. "Yes!" He screamed as he went through the finish line. He was not rusty.

"Congratulations, Walter! You can now help me carry the tiger away" Zander said with a smile on his face.

 

This is horrible! Alyss thought when her crawled out of the water. She was shaking so hard that it was hard to stand up again. "W-way t-to coooold!" She said to herself. She tried to run back to Zander but she couldn't. She couldn't feel her legs anymore. But not giving up she started walking. But she was really slow and the training ground was still really far away.

"Ok.." Walter created a bed of energy to lift the tiger. "Poor creature..."

"Inaru" She said and then tried to get the water out of her hair. She took off her shoes and let the water flow out of it, then putting it back on. "Congrats, Walter. You did well" She said.

"Thanks!" Said Walter, as he was moving the tiger. "Almost gave me a run for my money as I said, Inaru!" He then looked at Zander. "Alright, where do you want this put?"

"You can put it there" Zander was pointing to a field. "So I can burn it" He looked at Inaru "You did well, Inaru".

 

Alyss's head was going to explode. Or it felt that way. She was shaking so hard. The Training ground was still far away. But she had no energy left. She fell down in the grass and then passed out.

Walter heard something "Alyss!" He ran to save her. This course was too brutal for her, it seemed. "I'm coming!"

Zander looked to the direction where Alyss was. "No, Alyss!" Zander ran to her. He took her from the ground and than put his hand on her forehead. "She has fever!" He brought her to the training ground and he lays Alyss on a woodenplank. He took off his jacket and put it on Alyss.
