Minutes of Clan Moon, All Hallow's, 1779

It has begun: with the master of shadows gone, we shall rule the night once more.

1. Jack ( present day )

Jack flew low over the still sleeping town below, the snow softly covering grass and concrete as a winter storm moved in.

The winds were icy, the promise of a snow day in the air. 

He drifted lazily on his back ,watching the clouds, a few bats swooping past him. 

" hey!" He cried, slapping at his neck; his fingers came away red, which iced over instantly. 

He didn't worry about it: he'd suffered worse than a bug bite since Pitch's defeat the year before. 

Grinning, he soared higher, almost touching the clouds, never seeing the dark figure watching from the ground, crimson eyes aglow as they traced his assent through the skies.

James appeared behind Jace. "Okay to answer your questions, I will make this simple. One, I am James Darkness, father of Zack and leader of the vampires. Two, Zack is just out cold, not dead, vampires can't die by snapping their neck. Three, you and your guardians are all going to become mortal, and then I am going to kill all of you, and destroy every other mortal." James said.

Jace turned. 

" Well, crap. " 

" I second that!" 

said Jack, raising a finger. 

" Now is not the time. "

(Yes, yes I am very picky, more so when it comes to food)James laughed. "Now is the perfect time to see my enemies. I am not here for violence, I just wanted to know who my son was working with in trying to protect the guardians. Also, I came to warn you, I am to strike Santa next. You might want to get there before I do." James said as he disappeared out of thin air.

" Santa?" 

Jace didn't know much about the jolly fatman, but he knew that Chicago was too far to get to the North Pole on time. 

" Don't worry, I've got an ace up my sleeve... so to speak." 

Said Jack, reaching into his hoodie's pockets to pull out a snowglobe. 

He tossed it at the air, yelling " North Pole!"

Upon impact, a portal opened, reveling snow swept mountains and a massive wooden stable. 

" That works too." 

Said Jace, flying forwards. 

James then appeared at the Easter Bunny's place. "I cant believe those fools would trust a villain. Have they learned nothing? Oh well, time for Easter to die." James said looking around for the Easter Bunny.

The Pole seemed quiet, with yet's running around yelling at each other, the stables empty. 

" Big guy must be out on a run." Jack said, staring hard at the quiet yard below.

" Should we stop?"

Jack shook his head.

" No... seems calm here. " 

He pulled another globe out of his pocket, and Jace noticed how it glowed a deep red.

" What is that thing?" 

Jack held it up, swirling the snow inside.

" Snow portals: I've got one for each guardian world, so about four left. "

" Alright then. "

Jack smashed the globe, and they headed off to check Bunnymund's warren. 

James was still looking around for the bunny. He knew that the bunny would be tricky to strike down, but he was no ordinary man. He kept walking and leaving a trail of blood behind him.

" Just where are we looking, exactly?" Jace asked, as they entered the damp heat of the Warren's many tunnels. 

" All over... Bunny's pretty busy this time of year." 

The flew low over the dye rivers, the eggs running around like ants. 

" Everything seems..." began Jace.

" That's blood!" Jack cried, pointing at a red trail that led off into Bunnymund's sleeping den.

James was still searching for the bunny. "Where is that guy?" James asked. He was still leaving a trail of blood behind him.

They flew into the sleeping tunnel, which was damp with moisture and summer heat. 

" Bunnymund?" Hey, it's Jack!" 

RP paused,I guess: no reponse.
