I only know the answer to question 3. No, probably, because of dual OS booting is possible with the right ammount of work, unless Steam OS is not willing to cooperate like windows and stuff, but I doubt it.. I mean, it is a Linux system, you can normally dual-boot a Linux OS unless the creator of it was a jerk and made it impossible, but I would doubt it.

I think it is to early to get it.
