~A Shugo Chara rp~

 

~All kids are born with an egg in their soul... the egg of our hearts. Our would be selves. Yet, unseen...~
 

Every person is born with a egg within their soul. This egg is your heart. These eggs are pure and are nurtured by the strongest of dreams and goals. Usually these eggs disappear through the harsh world of adulthood. However if still attatched to hopes and dreams, the egg will even stay through adulthood. If the owner's hopes and dreams are strong enough, this egg will turn into a guardian egg.
 

A Guardian Egg is a special egg received by those who bear strong hopes and dreams. With this egg, a Guardian Character is born. A Guardian Character is a small fairy-like creature who aid the owner in becoming what they truly want to become as a person. These Guardian Characters look like whatever their owner wishes to become (A Magician's Guardian Character would typically look like a magician or wizard). They cannot be seen by the normal eye; only by those who own these fairy-like creatures and pure hearted children. With a Guardian Character, one can Character Change or Character Transform.

Character Change is when a Guardian Character grants it's owner with him/her special limited powers to become the Character which it represents. During this, the owner will gain a feature of that Character, such as a pin it wears. Lucky few can even Character Transform. During Character Transformation, an owner combines with his or her Guardian Character into something much more powerful. Also all owners can Character Change, only rare few can Character Transform. 

Some pure eggs are known to change into X-Eggs. If a child faces doubts or worries, their egg will taint black and turn into a X-Egg. These corrupted eggs leave their owner and cause mischief and harm to others while their owner wanders about lifelessly. If the egg is not purified in time, it's owner will faint and the egg will hatch into a X-Character. X-Characters are even more dangerous to X-Eggs, and go on rampages on all who can see them.
 

~~STORY~~
New York City: The City of Dreams. In this city many Guardian Eggs are born as many people, children and even adults as well as their dreams take form into their Guardian Egg. In a middle school known as M.S. 177 quite a few students bear Guardian Characters. This particular year, MS 177 is a part of a special exchange student program, where various students from Seiyo Academy in Japan come to this school in NY for a school year. Unknowing to these students, a group known as Park wish to use X-Eggs and X-Characters not only to wreck havoc, but also to summon the Embryo- an egg that can grant any wish. Park, composed of mostly adults will do anything and everything to find the Embryo. Even destroy eggs as well as even murder.

Rules:
-This rp is PG-13, feel free to use curses but don't curse like a sailor.
-No godmodding
-You may have two characters (by that I mean human main characters)
-Try to post at least five sentences per post.
-You may have the ability to Character Transform if you wish
-No controlling other people's characters without permission
-You may rp using a character from Shugo Chara (Including Amu) however stay in-character and control that characters Guardian Characters (if that character has one)
-You may have two Guardian Characters per character sheet (although beware it might be rather challenging)
-Use grammar. I want to be able to read what you are saying.
-Be respectful, no harassing.
-If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.
-No killing another character without permission.

"Ummm..." Hiro blushed, looking at Zion, realizing what she was wearing. "Do you...need...?" He got a small napkin to cover herself.

Leila smiled and happily sat on Hiro's shoulder. "I can't wait to see what your Chara is going to look like... a new friend will be great~" she looked up around, almost as it sensing something. "Oh dear... Nicole, I sense an X-Egg."

Nicole glanced over to Leila, and frowned. "Really? " X-Eggs were very rare around here, and when they did appear she could never really do anything about it. "We can't do anything until later."

"X-egg?" He said, petting Leila. So soft and plushy… and was that... A tail? He stroked it. "…friend would be nice..."

Leila happily closed her eyes. She loved attention, especially from humans. Her tail swished back and forth happily.

Nicole frowned and crossed her arms. "X-Eggs, " she began. "When your heart is consumed by negativity, a 'X' is stamped on your heart. And when that happens your egg leavs your body and attacks those around it... the owner is pretty much a zombie. It really sucks. It can happen to anyone. Even those who have Guardian Eggs and those who do not. Only those who have Charas can see them though. "

"What do we do?" Hiro asked, still petting Lelia. If he had to fight.... He would...

Nationality: American, says he's New Yorkian.
Side: Bad
Personality: He acts very cool yet somewhat rude at times. It's hard to tell what he's thinking, and he has a sly tongue. There seems to be a good side to him however, as he is somewhat hesitant to commit some bad deeds. He has wits.
Bio: Cody was a high school dropout. He has loving parents, which is ironic as he is a huge troublemaker. He left the roof of his parents home and broke all contact with them. Cody is a loner, and it's unsure as to what side he's truly on.
Guardian: Zoro. Zoro is a very serious Chara. He does not let others get in his way, and is extremely assertive. Very independent, he writes his own story.

Nicole shrugged sadly. "There's nothing we can do right now... unless we catch the egg and keep it until we find a way to purify it. You cant purify it unless you have a ability to during Character Transformation... but we can't do that. The only other thing we can do is break the egg... but I really don't want to."
Leila sighed sadly. "When you break a hearts egg, the hopes and dreams of that person is destroyed."

"Hopes...." He looked at the sad Leila. "Okay... We won't do anything..." He pulled her cheeks to create a smile. "But I... I will protect you... All of us..." He continued to pet the Chara.

Zion pushed the napkin away.

"I like my outfit, believe it or not." She said.

 

Kusanagi yawned. "I'm taking a nap~" she snuggled against Rei's neck and snoozed as Rei looked between the two.

"So. What now."

Nicole shrugged. She wanted to find out what in the world was going on with that X-Egg, but again. Nothing could be done. She did have a small idea however. "Ohh! Why not we meet up after school at the main entrance, then we'll hunt for this egg and see what's up with it~" She fist-pumped the air. "Yes! Egg hunt!!!"Leila actually seemed to agree with Nicole for a moment. "That does sound like a good idea... can you Character Transform, Rei?"

"I uh...I don't know. What's that?" She asked. Zion sighed.

"We don't know how to explain it." She...explained.

Kusanagi nodded. "We stuck to Changes. Cat ears or a bow or wings seemed to be good first steps."

Hiro nodded. "Do it..." He asked in a semi polite manner. "Change..." He wondered what it would do...

Nicole agreed with Hiro. "Character change Rei~ I wanna see what it's like! I'll character change too."

 

Leila stretched. "Character transformation is when a Chara merges with it's owner, and gain abilities and the like. It's rare that people are able to do it though. "

Rei sighed and tapped Zion's head. The little Chara sighed and the two closed their eyes. Deciding to go fun, Rei sprouted a pair of hueg, beautiful white wings exactly like Zion's.

"Sorry, she doesn't chara change with the dress too." Kusanagi said. "But she owns one just like it ~"

Rei flicked Kusa, who giggled.

"What??? So cool! " Nicole shouted with glee. This was the first time she'd witness a character change from someone else. "Hell yeah! Alright Leila, let's go! Let's character change! "

Leila sighed. "I swear, Nicole... alright. " before anyone knew it, a pencil appeared in the nook of Nicole's ear, and she gave off a charming smile. "When I character change, I feel super calm." She wasn't talking loud or fast for once. "It's like an off button."

Leila crossed her arms. "She has a nasty habit of using character change during class presentations. "

Hiro blushed at Kusanagis clothing comment. "Clothes…like that...you?"! He then looked at the changed Nic. "An off switch..." He nodded. "How is...classes?" He looked around the halls. Such a big school...

"Yes." Rei said, some emotion creeping into her tone. She blushed. Using Chara Change with Zion tended to make her a bit more open to talking, as well as her shyness extremely cuter. "I like cosplaying as my charas, so I got clothes like them. it was easy for Kusanagi since she is Asuna with cat ears...I had to make Zion's myself. Took awhile, but I managed to make the dress." She giggled. "And...I admit, I sometimes use Zion's Chara Change with the bow so I can be myself on presentation days..." She looked away, and finally the wings faded. Her blush disappeared, and she again looked emotionless.

"Are there writing classes?"

Nicole nodded happily. She kept het Chara Change on. "The classes here aren't hard if you're taking regular classes. They're harder if you're in honor classes, but you don't have to take honor classes if you do want to." She was talking much slower now, at a much adverage rate. "And there's plenty of writing classes, including electives. I'm in creative writing, but it kinda sucks."

"She's saying it sucks because of how much she has to write." Leila pointed out.

"I do not." Nicole argued. "Oh, there's even a fairy tale class! It's more like studying the true brothers grimm stories. It's awesomely creepy. "

Hiro nodded. He liked to read and wrote with a passion. He pulled out a tattered book of his writings, and showed Nicole. There were writings of English and Japanese languages.

"I'd like to join the writing class." She said. "And the fairy tale class sounds fun. What is the dress code?" She asked.k

Kusanagi facepalmeds. "Sorry, Rei sometimes just  doesn't read things she is supposed to."

Zion blushed. "She's really into school though...ever since she was picked up off the streets..."

"Zion."

"Sorry!"

 

Rei just sighed.

Nicole chuckled. She didn't say anything about the street part, she didn't want to be rude. That was probably just the Chara Change talking however. She had a bad habit of being nosy. She took Hiro's book, and chuckled. "Wow, this is super cool."

Leila looked to the clock, and frowned. It was almost time to depart. "Oh dear... guys, I'm afraid we'll have to go to our classes. You both have to go to the main office to get your sceduels and find out who you're going to live with. We'll meet you after school."

Nicole grumbled. "You're so depressing Leila. Oh, and Rei, you're wearing your uniform~ this is a public school so you can just wear any clothes you want as long as it's not inappropriate. "

Hiro nodded. He was not very excited to be paired up to a random person after he just met someone... And this chara... He looked back at the egg. So beautiful... He felt it rumble again... He also wondered about X-egg.... If it would hurt anyone...

Rei looked at her Japanese schoolgirl uniform.

"...but...this is my Rei Miyamoto cosplay..." she said. Sighing, the girl turned and began to head for the main office, tempted tonget into her Asuna cosplay.

as the music played, Zion and Kusanagi settled in and took a nap on her shoulders.

Hiro followed behind. He started to blush and sweat... Cosplays, well some at least were too...revealing...

 

The egg rumbled, as if in protest. Hiro felt ashamed...

 

He hoped they didn't notice..

Nicole went infront of them, and stopped. She wanted to show her something cool. "Guys look at this! You can do this during Character Change."

Leila sighed softly. "Alright. " Once the pencil appeared behind Nicole's ear, she flicked her right wrist and a three foot silver rod appeared in her hand. "You can summon a weapons during Character Change! Only one though. "

Hiro looked at the weapon. But his primitive nature turned back to the cosplay. The egg again rumbled in disbelief that it's master could be so... Stupid! He saw the charas glance... "…sorry." He muttered...
