Well, I can't get it exactly, because of the boxes instead of just the border. I'll see what I can do though. Next one will be up pretty soon.

hmm.. paint.net has some sort of tiles selection you can use on pictures .. maybe with that, you could make a blank one and use it as an overlay paint.net is a free program.

I already made a tiles that sort of look like it to me *edit* D: I got the size mixed up, there's a column missing on the sides vertically.

 

 

*edit* o.o I tried making another version with 2 columns.. the outter ones got cut off a bit DX:

 

 

just overlay that over the bigger layer and arrange the smaller one like you did It should look somewhat similar, just a tiny bit different. You can make the tiles a bit different in sizes and shape (I think) so if you download the program you could make your own too q: this is how that one turned out, I'm off by a column on the outside layer compared to the BBS trailer. xDD But I feel it gives a similar look to it. and it's also a bit more rectangular.. LOL o-o;; if it doesnt... meh I tried. :

First I made the squares with paint.net then added them ontop of clips in a top overlay layer, (sorry if its not the same thing I said in an earlier post @_@ ) arranged it to fit the screen, cookie cuttered the middle out, picked a random clip, put it in twice two layers, formatted the first clip to fit in the cookie cutter hole, made the bigger one fit to screen. then I blurred a little the layer that shows underneath the tiles, made the tiles a little bit see-through (if that makes sense xDD ) . and yeah. xDDD played around till it looked good
