My FINAL FANTASY XV Launch Event Dream Last Night

Posted

The following is pretty boring and uneventful, but I gotta get it out for whatever reason.

So last night I was dreaming about being at this fancy schmancy five-star resort hosting the FINAL FANTASY XV launch event. Since this is dream logic, though, people weren't actually gonna receive copies of the game, but rather get to watch someone play through it on a massive screen.

There were some wacky misadventures before the event, but I'll just skip over those.

The event comes, the fountains in the plaza are doing World of Color from Disney's California Adventure, and this giant screen that's gotta be the size of four movie theatre screens is situated outside. The orchestra is playing up to the big finale and- FINAL FANTASY X-X2's HD remaster comes on. Apparently XV will be playing somewhere inside the resort.

I go to the room where XV's supposed to be, but it's this dinky little place with no windows and a tiny little television. The PlayStation home screen is up, with some guy on the phone. Apparently he bought and downloaded XV from PSN, but it wouldn't play so he was calling tech support or whatever.

Then I woke up. I'd call it a nightmare but nothing really happened so I don't think it constitutes as a dream or a nightmare- it was just me getting trolled by my mind ._.
