Edition Confusion

Hi guys, How are you today? Hope you're enjoying the latest games releases. I am just having some confusions about some of the games on it's editions, as I understood:- Infamous Second Son has a only one Collector's Edition yet I see one with beanie and one with jacket.

- Lightning Returns: FFXIII has a Collector's Edition yet I see one with Aeirth's Costume and one with Cloud's. 

- Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remastered has a limited edition but not sure if it got a collector.

Can someone help me on that, I just wanna pick the best edition that has everything in each of these games, but I am confused with the collector and the limited and also with the different items in each.
