we have not seen the HP% yet on the 3ds version:

 

so i'm guessing that its going to be in the touch screen. as for e3 there will be a character bomb, but after that no more characters because the 3ds version is coming out that summer and the wiiu ver shares the same characters so if you want a character announced you better pray its going to be at e3 or it won't happen. and they will probably be a demo for the 3ds ver at e3 too, but its hard to say if a wiiu demo will happen because of the unknown reason of why its releasing in winter 2014-2015 soo..

It's easy to see why they are releasing it at different times. If they released both at the same time then people would just choose 1 of them to buy and not give a second thought about the other. Scince most people were thinking about getting the wii u version as the one they were getting, then they release that later becouse those people will still want a new ssb they will get the 3ds version to hold them over then when the wii u version comes out they will get that. Nintendo gets more sales this way. At least that's my speculation.
