One wouldn't believe that they had ended up in a fairy tale.

Once upon a time, you have.

 

There are those in the Netherworld that want to uprise and take over the land of the dead and the land of the living. Led by those from the Overworld, they have grown stronger and stronger.

There are still Messengers and others that can travel to the Netherworld that want to prevent this overrule and restore the balance.

Will both worlds live happily ever after?, or....

Raiden, with a strained yell, struck out at Luke, trying to send lightning through his stomach even though it was already apparent that it wasn't very effective.

Luke kicked Raiden to prevent it

Staggering back a few paces, Raiden tried to make charge gather in his fist before he lunged out at Luke again.

 

(I'll be back in a few minutes... I have to walk home now, 'cause school is over. xDD)

Luke leaned back to avoid the attack "..."

With a yell of frustration, Raiden ducked down and shoved hard into Luke's gut with his shoulder.

Luke went flying to a wall and punched him hard to the ground and kicked him "C'mon dude, I know that you can be stronger than that"

"Gah- shut UP!" Raiden yelled, rolling over and picking himself up off the floor.

Luke took out his blades and walked over to him "I know your stronger than that, unleash your strengh on me, I want to see how you do"

Within a few moments, Evany woke up.

"Ev!" Eliza said. "You alright?"

"..... Eliza," he said, "how would you prefer to see me die?"

Eliza gagged. "W-what?!"

"Look at them," Evany said, pointing at the battle. "What do you see?"

Raising an eyebrow, Eliza looked at the fight. "... I see two people fighting."

"Yeah, and two Folks fighting," he remarked.

Eliza froze. "What...?"

"Something's wrong with the Netherworld," Evany stated. "The deceased don't die all of the way. They somehow result in this. That's why they can use elements without summoning."

Raiden narrowed his eyes, flicking his hair off his face. "Who the hell are you, anyway?"

He knew that, if push came to shove, he could escape and be home within minutes- but that his father would want the name of the people Raiden had lost to.

"I am Luke, the destroyer of all worlds" said Luke

Raiden froze for a moment, and then cussed, hiding his face in his hands.

"Oh God...!" he mumbled, and dropped to his knees. His father and older brother as good as idolised Luke, and he'd been nagged at since he was tiny about it.

"I can't fight you. Father will kill me..." he mumbled, unable to stop himself adding "again" as an afterthought.

Standing up, Evany stated, "To beat him, I have to be half dead like them."

"You're speaking like a crazy person, you know that?!" Eliza said.

"Haven't you once?" Evany smirked at her.

Eliza became shocked at the rare moment.

Luke put his blades back in his pockets "... You are very strong, I can sense that you will one day be stronger than me"

"Hey!" Evany shouted at Luke. "As guardian of the Netherworld, it's my job to stop you!"

"Try it" and Luke looked at Evany and took out his blades

Raiden gave a nervous laugh, shaking his head. "I'm not strong. I never was."

He glanced over at Evany and Eliza, not getting up off his knees still. "Why aren't you healing your boyfriend?" he asked Eliza, glancing down at the closed wound in his leg. "You can, you healed me before!"

"Don't listen to him," Evany said to Eliza, "I'll be alright."

As he ran into battle, Eliza realized what his plan was. "Evany, no!!"

"No kid, you'll one day be much stronger than me" said Luke looking at him

As he ran towards Luke, he summoned Pouke, the goblin-like Folk, and sent him to attack.

Luke got stomped but he got up and saw a wound on him and kicked Evany "..."

Raiden got to his feet, somewhat torn between curiosity and the knowledge of just how much he would be punished if any of his family found out he was actually concerning himself with messengers.

"What? What's he doing?!" he yelled over at Eliza, eyes flickering between her and Evany and Luke and the Folk...

Evany struggled to get up, leaving him wide open.

Eliza just stared at him in horror. "H.... He....."

Luke smirked "So... you're defeated, I admit you did put up a good fight"

Breathing deeply, Evany remarked, "I only lost the battle, not the war."
