[align=center]?? Folklore ??

One wouldn't believe that they had ended up in a fairy tale.

Once upon a time, you have.

There are those in the Netherworld that want to uprise and take over the land of the dead and the land of the living. Led by those from the Overworld, they have grown stronger and stronger.

There are still Messengers and others that can travel to the Netherworld that want to prevent this overrule and restore the balance.

Will both worlds live happily ever after?, or....

Raiden stumbled up to the doorway, rubbing the side of his face with a grimace. "The contents of your stupid cupboard ATTACKED me!" he exclaimed, turning to glance at the mess he'd left all over the floor.

After way too long, Will reappeared, looking distinctly annoyed and tugging the cloak on as he approached. "Spirit got talking to me," he grumbled.

Eliza glared at the mess that sprawled all over the kitchen. Trying her best not to tick, she asked, "You alright?"

"Am I supposed to be dizzy?" he asked, pulling a face. "If it's on the floor, it's got there by hitting me."

"Apparently I look like her mother's cousin's brother. And she felt the need to recount every detail of her life. And death."

Eliza sighed, "Here." She squatted down to check his head. ".... It's nothing. Just a bump."

"I was just trying to see what was at the back of the top shelf... I didn't realise it would all fall out on top of me," Raiden said, trying to make an excuse.

"Urgh... Let's just get going before she comes after me again," Will groaned, grabbing Eal's arm and tugging him through the portal.

"It's amazing what force and gravity could do," Eliza said sarcastically. She paused when she remembered the time when Evany told her something similar. Looking down, she said, "Hey, let's make a deal."

(( Poor girl-- She's mourning over someone who's a couple of houses down. xD ))

Will didn't turn around to address him. "Just standard stuff, and apparently I'm supposed to show you the ropes. Never mind the fact I'm already busy enough."

Raiden stopped nursing his head and his pride. Just for a moment. "What deal?" he asked, suspicious- although he was already pretty wary, having no powers and everything feeling weird in the real world and everything.

"For one minute, I want you to just hold me. Do this, and I'll let you walk out of here with all the food that you want. I'll even put them in bags so you don't have another casualty." She had no one to care for her anymore, so she might as well take this one chance to stage a moment, since she's on her own.

As they reached the post, Will glared up the tree for a moment. "Right. You stay here at the post. Nothing will happen, just don't fall asleep and you'll be fine." Without any indication of where HE was going, he then started to stroll off.

Thinking for a moment, Raiden couldn't really think of any glaringly obvious flaws in the deal- so he shrugged. "Uh, okay..." Feeling more than a little awkward, he put his arms out.

"...Wait, you're not going to stab me or anything, are you?!" he blurted out the second the thought came to mind.

"No," Eliza said lifelessly, "I'm against that."

Raiden nodded, then leant forwards and hugged her, trying his very best not to pull away because of the sheer awkwardness he felt at the situation.

What made Eliza feel upset was that she was counting down the seconds in her mind. Even though she was majorly depressed, she felt awkward as well. She had no idea why she requested such a thing.

Fourty seconds in...

"This is seriously the weirdest request I've ever had..." he struggled for her name for a moment, knowing she had exclaimed it during their fight and cursing his bad memory until he found it after what felt like a lifetime but was only actually a second or two. "...Eliza."

"Uh... yeah, I'll say..." she stuttered.

60 seconds....

"Um... Alright, time's up."

(( Hey, this post's the same numbers as my birthday! :'D ))

Raiden pulled away from her and sat back, hugging his knees. "...What was the point of that?"

"Um.... N-nothing," she lied as she stood up to go get a couple of bags. "So, what do you want to take with you?"

eal fell asleep

"Urgh... You're lying. People's eyes go to the right when they lie. Plus you didn't sound so sure," Raiden pointed out. He stared blankly at the food. "Uh... I can't even remember what half of this stuff is. My memory's kind of wobbly since before... Well, since before."

Will stepped out from behind the tree, having gone full circle. "Wakey wakey...!" he yelled, kicking out at Eal.

Sighing, Eliza began stuffing food into the bags. "Hmm... These are good... So are these.... You'll like these.... These too...."
