Silver Fury: God Fights (The 1x1 with Crona.)

"Yeah, but with that girl running around, next thing I know I'd start turning into a Kistune like her." Silver said, scowling as he sat down. This was aggravating. Never before had he fought someone so annoying.

"Well, either we get demolished again or we wait. I would rather we wait." Derik replied, fumbling around in the darkness of the building, he found a teapot and began to heat it. "Green tea or jasmine?"

"Green tea." Silver said, frowning a bit. Odd that a teapot was so inconspicuously placed here. If this was heaven, then perhaps that was just the norm for food and drink to randomly appear before a person even realized they needed it.

"Alright, green it is." Derik replied, only restoring the tea leaves that were inside the pot that were green-tea leaves, then drying them out again, he poured a little water from the well that was inside and began to heat it. "She at least left me my quartz teacups. Not the best cups I've ever owned, but still nice..." He pulled the cups out of his pocket and poured a cup for himself and Silver. "Bottom's up." He muttered, handing Silver a cup. "Our next move is to acquire some temporary weapons. If I can find some scrap-able steel or any metal, I can make something somewhat good." Derik told to Silver.

"I can always use magic." Silver replied, taking a sip of the tea. Tasty and bitter. It was good tea, though Silver couldn't help but wonder where the tea, let alone the pot had come from. And how Derik managed to keep cups on his person.

"But I suppose other weapons would help as well."

"I wish I could say that we could use our magic right now. Notice how your red eye isn't active, even though your eyepatch has been removed? Or how I could only muster enough strength magically to restore just about enough for each of us to have half a cup of tea? I fear here weapons need a channeling point, much like a wand. When we had our weapons on us, the flow of magic was easy, we could cast as we pleased, but our energies are drained slightly. Also take note, though we're fully healed, our phisical strength hasn't fully recovered, specifically like myself, who knows life-based magic in order to heal. If I could, I would just restore us back to full and we could go shank the hell out of the little girl who cleaved our heads off, but I can only muster a tiny bit of tea. We need something, at the very least." Derik replied. "Don't look at a situation at face-calue, think the worst case scenario , then eliminate possibility from there until you can conclude what probably happened." Derik sounded stern.

Silver frowned.  A flaw of his was rushing into things too quickly. He would barge into a situation with little to no thinking--and usually needed saving from a friend. It was difficult, but he was trying to overcome him being so headstrong.

"If that is the case, then do we need specific weapons? Ones attuned to magic? Or would anything work? I would assume the former. And then, what? We wait until our bodies heal? Or do you also suppose there's a magical panacea for restoring our strength?"

"Likely, we just need some form of actual weapon. Likely a stick about a yard long could, in theory, work. And I don't doubt that there is, but it's likely expensive" Derik responded back.

Silver frowned, trying to think. They didn't have any money that would work on this world. So anything expensive was out of the question.

"Let's just see what we can do. We've gotta take care of the Kitsune as soon as possible. If she, presumably, let us live, then I don't want to find out if she beats us a second time." Silver said, glancing at Derik.

His eye's redness was gone? Damn. If that girl had stolen his Magick Sight, then that was an even bigger issue. He had always assumed it was ingrained in his body's power.

"First things first, we find the first town near by." He said, sighing.

"Fair enough." Silver replied before standing back up. He felt so drained. It was likely just his defeat, but it felt like that fox girl had made off with his magic as well. The next time he saw her...there was hell to pay.

"I'm guessing that if this is some temple of some sort..since it looks like one...then there shouldn't be a city too far away."

"Let's go, then." Derik muttered, finding the door and opening it, outside was a dense forest area, and the temple was more like a small shrine... now they were tiny. "Well damn. This complicates things"

"It does. By a lot." Silver replied.

Damn. That a was a hell of a forest. It went on for seemingly miles....finding the nearest town was going to be next to impossible. Silver sighed and started walking around the shrine--taking in just how small it was actually was.

"There has to be some trail or path or something. No one makes something like this without having a reason. Shrines are made for worship...and since the shrine's fairly well-kept, I'm assuming that at least someone visits it.."

Derik pondered a moment. "Maybe... Maybe people who die revive here, on occasion, and a magic charm has been put in-place to keep it from being affected by time or other variables." Derik said, pondering. "But no matter to that, we have to find a way to return to our original size, and there's probably something to return us to normal. What do you think?

"Of course there is." Silver said, "Whether the cure is mere waiting or some potion, we'll find it eventually."

He nodded to Derik with a smirk, "And then we find a town, stock up, find that asshole Kistune and kick her ass." Silver was all too ready for this. His mind kept replaying his defeat over and over again. It wouldn't end until he beat the snot out of her. Psychopathic revenge? Very much so yes.

With no time for that to happen, suddenly Derik and Silver were scooped up by a bird-man. "For the love of firetrucking Izel, I hate this place."

"What the hell."

Seriously. What was wrong with this place? A bird-man just scooped up the two of them and now Derik was currently griping about someone named Izel. Silver was completely and utterly confused and at a loss for words. This couldn't be happening.

(I meant Derik said that, sorry for not clarifying)

"Y'know something? Firetruck this place. I'm blowing it up as soon as possible. I don't even know what else to say." Derik yelled, punching the bird's tongue. It screamed as it opened it's mouth and began to drop them down. "Silver, you may want to brace for impact."

"You could've given a warning!" Silver shouted at him. The ground was coming up fast--and Silver didn't have much of a chance to protect himself.

Come on! He thought in his mind, Give me at least one chance at a spell! Come on now!

"Protect!" He shouted, a veil of white magic flowing over him as he slammed into the ground. Earth and dirt exploded around him as he groaned, rolling over and coughing. He was alive, at least. The last-minute white magic had done its work. He had survived the fall.

Derik, quite simply, landed hard on the ground and a crater formed under his tiny feet. "Good job." Derik muttered.

"Mhm." Silver grunted in response. A lousy White Magic spell. He rarely used them--usually he had a team mate who was more balanced in the magics to aid him...but sadly, the person he relied on for that role was now dead. Thanks to Him.

"This world is beyond belief....destroying it would be a good riddance."

"I'll probably be able to transfer most of the good wills on this place to a better place to live, too." Derik made sure to note.

"Good." Silver mumbled, "So let's find fox girl. Kill her, and raze this planet. Glass the place until not a goddamn thing can survive."It was rare, very rare, that Silver became this agitated. His eyes were starting to flicker to red--a sign that he had better calm down. His ears flicked a bit as well, summing up the stress he was going through so easily.
