Negative reputation.

Too many fights happen as a result of negative reputation, so, I am removing that feature. Just letting you know. At KH13.com we promote positive discussion only. Any negative comments, or fighting, etc, is strictly not allowed. If you absolutely must say something "negative", please use the chat or PM feature. Do not post anything negative in public, even if you disguise it as a neutral rep, or whatever. Thanks. :)
