They exist in the skies, the seas, under ground, in our homes and back yards. Some of them are our companions, others see us as food. Either way this world, is a world of its own beauty, with so many life forces intertwined together like a web, and time runs us along the webbing like a train on its tracks. And in the world of magic, there is more than just lives intertwining together. There is like any other world, War and the hunt for power. Elements clash. Skilled magicians test the wills and powers against one another. But with power comes calamity. So to prevent the coming of calamity the worlds greatest mages gather in one place, where they battle once every ten years. This is the Magic Trials. This is Typhal the World of mages. Every person on this world has some form of magic power. Whether young or old, big or small, male or female, magic exists in them all. Some Animals even have a sense of magical control. And this is the year of the Magic Trials. Held in the world capital city of Inval. Mages of all kind have gathered. But only one can come out on top. But what is a tournament without deception and the occasional cheater. How will you survive, The Magic Trials? And will you be that which awakens the source of all darkness? Or be the one to guide the heros to victory? Who are you in this clockwork of life? Where is your soul intertwined in the web?
Alright on a side note, its been a few months since I've tried any story writing so I've been working on this for a bit but basically magic world, magic tournament, you win the tourney the way you want to. If you lose you can leave or you can stay to help and root on your comrade or you can rig the tourney or something. But the gist is that everyone specializes in some form of magic and the winner is well one of the best. Now all magic has a weak spot as well as its advantages. So nothing overpowered. The rules of the tourney will be explained in game. There are 5 rounds. Any questions can be asked in chat cause other people may be wanting to know the same thing. And yeah thats about it.
