But seriously though, I don't see why not. She's a girl. She's human. She just doesn't have a Heart.

Are you asking this just because you want to see a Nobody get laid?

I'm going to opt for "no." I think one of the main problems the Nobodies face is that they can't really create anything on their own: at most, they can make imitations or mockeries of the existing world, hence why they are doomed to essentially be a mirror image of something that came before.
