Dino laughed lightly, looking out the window.

"I myself wasn't sure for a while, but she said it enough for me to realize...I'll have to tell you the story sometime." The story of Ariella Cavallone. Romario grimanced a little bit at memory. It had been a while...hadn't it?

(*facepalm* Read the director's cut.)

 

OOOOHHH FFFFF- Dino had a wife/girlfriend, lol I get it nao. "Why can't you tell me now?"

Dino hesitated, an uncharacteristic frown settling on his mouth.

"It's...a difficult...I don't really..." He fell silent, apparently lost in thought. His eyes were lowered to the ground and...you could see a feeling pooling deep inside them.

"Boss?" Dino looked up to see Romario looking at him from the rear view mirror. "We're here."

"Oh! Er, c'mon Hibari."

(ERRRR SISTAR? MOMMY? O 3o)

 

"Uh...okay." He agreed, even MORE curious about the incident now. HE NEEDED TO KNOW OR IT'D KILL HIM. KILL HIM, DAMNIT.

Dino sat down at one of the tables, staring out at the window as Romario drove by. It seemed as though he was beginning to grow deeply troubled with it all.

(YESH IT WOULD. herp.)

 

"You're telling me now." Hibari demanded, raising his tonfas. He seemed serious but looking for a fight at the same time.

Dino looked at him, slightly shocked before doing his same actions: looking out the window.

 

"Hibari...did you know I killed my mom when I was 12?" The way his voice sounded while saying it was oddly calm with no sense of strain but his eyes said differently.

Hibari seemed unmoved. I mean, BEL killed HIS parents when he was eight! EIGHT! He dropped his tonfas. "Why?"

Dino refused to meet Hibari's gaze.

"I was...forced to. It's the easiest way I can say it at the moment. It's a long story..."

 

( IKR?! But there's a good reason for it though ^^')

"Oh well. Tell me anyways."

He sighed, folding his hands on the tables.

"She's the one who used to say that phrase. It means nonsense. Anyway, Reborn had been training me. I was weak...really weak. So when I became stronger everyone was very happy. But...whenever I was forced to fight someone I cared about in a mission...I refused to finish them off. My dad wasn't to happy about that. So, times were a little hard with him and my mom. They were headed to a divorce. My dad knew I was close to my mom. So in a training session he came in with her struggling. Naturally, I was concerned, but when he started beating her I was torn apart. She was broken but he didn't stop. My men were around and I had been holding a gun at the time of my traiing, so aimed to wound him with a bullet." He paused. "Just as I pulled the trigger he moved my mom's head in front of the shot...and...I couldn't...there was nothing..." Words failed him as he slumped in his seat. "I told her it was all my fault but she said: dilly dally, shilly shally...her last words."

"Oh." Hibari looked away. AWKKWAAAARD. "Sorry."

 

LULZ HIBARI SAID SORRY. D;

"No it's fine! Really!" Dino said, trying to cover up for his akward behavior.

"I probably shouldn't have asked..." Hibari felt like an asshole. Damn.

"Dilly dally, shilly shally, no, don't worry about it. You probably deserved to know anyway. So..." He thought for a moment. "What're you doing tommorrow?"

"Um...nothing, I guess." Hibari was afraid. What the shit was he going to ask him? It WAS a Saturday tomorrow. "Why?"

Dino gave a sheepish smile.

"I...was wondering if you would like to go to dinner with me."

"Well, I have a girlfriend, so...I don't think she'd want me to." Hibari stated, bringing up his beautiful Asahi.

Dino blanked, the color draining from his face.

"O-oh..." It seemed as though the stars had fallen from a chocolate glazed sky. "It's okay. My girlfriend wouldn't be to happy with it either I guess."

"Then why the hell are you asking me?" He retorted. Seriously, if you have a girlfriend you aren't supposed to spontaneously get gay with your student.

"Be-cause I meant it as a get together thing, like catch up. But hey, you just brought up a good point. Why don't we have a double-date?" Oh jesus Dino, STOP RIGHT THERE!!!

"Double-date?" Hibari repeated. He was contemplating it...And getting an awful visual. Asahi and Hibari are more 'silent and strong,' and Dino is....A clumsy oaf. His girlfriend is probably just like him. Dino and his girl would be having the time of their firetrucking lives when meanwhile Asahi and Hibari are just sitting there, possibly drinking some water. It'd be awful, but for some reason he cared about Dino's feelings for once. "...Fine."

It was his worst nightmare. Dino hadn't really expected him to say yes.

"Really?" He stuttered. "I mean, great! I'll see at the fancy one downtown...y'know which one right?"

Dino paced the floor of his apartment.

"I have to." He dialed Bani's number.

"Hey...it's...Dino."

"HI DINO!! What's goin' on?" She asked cheerfully. Yay for Dino. Though she was slightly shocked that he'd be calling her. She couldn't think of anything he'd need her for.

"Er...I need a favor. One that includes you being an amazing actress and flying to Namimori like...right now." Man he felt really guilty for this...
