"The woods." Fran said simply. That's when Bani perked up and smirked. "Are you...Are those hickeys?" He blushed, popping his collar so that they weren't visible. "Ah...No they're not." Bani and Bel grinned at each other.

 

"FRAN'S GOT A GIRLFRIEND~" They chanted in unison.

Squalo blinked, his eye twirching before attempting to stiffle his roaring laughter...horribly. Kat felt the color drain from her face at those words.

"What? Y-you do?"

"I don't have a girlfriend." Fran replied, shakily. It was the first time anyone in the Varia saw him show any emotion. "THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE HICKEEEEEEYYYS?!"

Kat tilted her head. Since when did Fran ever show emotion?

"So what? Do you have a boyfriend or something?" Squalo joked, smirking.

"No. They're...bruises." He insisted. Bel giggled. "Shyeah right."

"Those are hickeys Fran, I know them when I see 'em. Those are exactly qhat mine look like when Bel's feeling generous and gives them to me on-"

"WE DON'T NEED TO KNOW THAT!" Kat inturrupted, blushing bright red.

"Haha. Whut." Bani laughed. "You don't...have to embarass me~"

 

"Th-They aren't hickeys."

"Yeah. Yeah, they are." Squalo smirked, leaning against the wall, blocking his exit. "So, who's the blind fool?"

"Don't be a dick Squalo."

"Shut it Sawada!"

"I'd...rather not." He insisted snidely, backing up into a different exit, which was occupied by Bel.

Squalo raised an eyebrow, cornering him with the assistance of Bel.

"So there is someone involved. Who is it Fran, c'mon, it can't be that bad." Kat fidgetted uncomfortably, exchanging glances with Bani.

Bani sniggered as the dreaded words came.

 

"Rasiel of the Millefiore."

Kat's eyes rolled into the back of her head as she fainted dead away. Squalo nearly did the same.

"VOOOIIII! Ah...you...you, how could you associate with enemy!!! And you even...did the..." He made various hand motions, shuddering.

Bel was just...Just wat.

 

"YOU SCREWED MY BROTHER?! WHAT THE SHIT HAS THIS WORLD COME TO?! OH MY GOD." Bani couldn't stop laughing, and there Fran stood with 3 people crowding him with their complaints. "Uh...I..."

 

(I wrote three haikus on Bel's ass. I could give them to you. If you want.)

Squalo shook Fran harshly, screaming in his ear.

"THE ENEMY! THE ENEMY FRAN!!! WHY?!" From all the yelling, Kat was stirring slightly.

"Wow. You're really loud." He stated, wincing from the noise.

"NO SHIT I'M LOUD!!! THE. ENEMY!!!!" Squalo screamed, ripping Fran's uniform.

"REALLY NICE?! HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN WHAT HE DID TO ME?!"

"No. I'm just disregarding it."

Squalo screamed, awakening Kat. She stood inbetween Bel and Squalo, each trying to rip Fran's throat out.

"Enough! Fran's choice of love is his own. He's not dead so I don't see the problem. As long as he doesn't give away top-secret info, we're fine." She explained cooly, glaring at Bani for not stepping in earlier...or catching her when she fainted.

"HAVE YOU HEARD HIS CACKLE?!" Bel stepped in. Bani pointed to Squalo. "Yeah. It's worse than his."

Kat bristled slightly.

"So?! Are you the one who puts up with his cackle? No! Fran loves him so just let him be. No one complained about you or Squalo or Mammon and Fong. Fran's no different." She said pointedly, though she would admit, Jil's cackle was horrid.

Kat blushed darkly, stutteringonly slightly at that comment.

"B-besides the-"

"VOI! Weren't you the one who said the Millefiore were rats?!" Squalo sneered, scoffing at his next comment and mcking her. "You're just sucking up brat." That seemd to silence the blomd as she looked akwardly to the ground.

Fran took his time to retreat back to his room while the others were distracted. He had to escape this terrible and slightly awkward conversation.

Jil sat outside Fran's window, hugging the boy from behind when he came in.

"That was quick." Fran stated. He recalled that he'd return tomorrow...Not that he didn't like the earliness.
