Skull looked towards the ground. He knew he saw. He KNEW it. He just wasn't saying anything. "You...saw what happened to me...didn't you?" He questioned, his voice shaky and nervous.

Verde paused in his actions, eyes softening just slightly. He forced a small smirk to come to his mouth as he tilted his head back at Skull to give him the 'I'm-smarter-than-you-mocking' look.

"If you mean that I saw you spill cake batter all over Lal's uniform and then watched as she screamed at you...then yes. I saw what happened to you." Not to mention, that probably wasn't uncommon. Skull was very clumsy. The minute he turned away, however, he droppedhis act, fixing up the loose wires sticking out of the machine. Lying to Skull...was the only thing that made sense to do.

"You...liar..." He stammered. "I meant...you saw what happened to me...When I was a kid." He felt himself glare in his general direction, but he couldn't fathom why.

Verde closed his eyes, leaning against the counter where his machine was located. He pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose, ignoring the glare he was given. He knew it was a glare of annoyance...but he just...he couldn't look at Skull himself the same way. Especially his eyes. So he looked to the floor, unable to raise his gaze higher than Skull's knees.

"...Yes...I did. I saw what your mother did to your father but to you..." He shook his head. "I couldn't watch it. I turned it off just as she raised the hammer." The reason: Verde was afraid to see just how crazy Skull's mother was. And...how it affected Skull himself. Afterall, I'm sure his mom didn't die by herself, all on her own in that state. And Verde wasn't stupid. If his mother attacked him in that state, he shouldn't be alive. The boy had to have repelled...somehow.

"Good. You don't want to know what she did to me." He replied, wiping away a tear that was threatening to escape.

Verde gulped, walking towards Skull, looking straight ahead, but never at the teen. He stopped as soon as he was next to him, his usual serious look on his face.

"But what did you do to her. I'm not an idiot Skull. You shouldn't even be alive right now." Verde stated calmly, completely still. Whereas the boy next to him shook just slightly....But what troubled Verde was that it wasn't from holding in sobs anymore.

(I don't know what to say here since I don't know what happened. D: Tell me first.)

(-facepalm- I guess I didn't make it obvious enough...Clearly, Skull probably killed his mom when he saw an opening or while defending himself. I thought of it as a scene from Higarashi, like when Kenichi kinda' lost it and beat Rena and Shion to death...or was it Mion...IDK. But I ust made to where instead of just defending himself with, say, the hammer his mom may have dropped, he actually killed her ^^')

(that's it? I thought it be more detailed than that lol. It was Mion by the way. And his name is Keiichi not Kenichi.)

 

"You're right, I shouldn't be alive right now. But...I had to defend myself so I..." He was unable to finish his sentence. It pained him too much to say it.

(Well I didn't know And you can make it as detailed as he want, if I had fully explained the mods would have killed me for traumatizing young children )

 

"So I was right..." Verde said, voice barely above a whisper. He looked down at Skull's head from the side and bit his lip. Judging from the angle his mother had swung the hammer at the impact would be-

"Right here." He concluded, pushing on the spot a few inches above Skull's ear towards the back of his head. Sure enough, the surface seemed tender and actually indented just a bit. "So what about you...? Are you crazy too?" Verde asked quietly, half-expecting a yes and half-expecting a no.

Skull flinched. He didn't like touching his wounds either. Hell, he didn't like anyone touching them. "I'm not crazy! But I had no choice...Shee could've killed me too...I couldn't let her just continue hurting people." He felt like a hypocrite. He too had gotten away with murder that day.

"I see." Was all Verde said before he pulled away and looked at the wall next to Skull's head. "You have her looks, y'know?" He hesitated. "But when on missions and you have to kill...I also find you two alike, but only in eyes." Verde tilted Skull's chin up at him with two fingers that he had slid down Skull's jawbone, looking intently at him. "They both go from childish lavender to a dark violet. How curious..." Verde gave a small chuckle.

 

(I'd be like: Verde....are you sure you're not crazy?

Verde: MWAHAHAHA!

Me: O_O Creeeeper?)

(Of course he's crazy. How else could he be so pwnsome?)

 

"Uh...?" He didn't like being compared to his mother. And yet, coming from him, it...felt like a compliment. She had been a beautiful woman in life; she got it from everyone. Even as her last breaths escaped her lips, he had still found her pretty. But never in a million years did he think that he'd be compared to his mother...

(Lol, so true. I mean c'mon, Verde isn't Verde if he's not insane )

 

Verde found himself rambling on, just a little bit as he suddenly caressed Skull's cheek, leaning in just a litgle bit.

"Yes...you're mother was very beautiful, and you are equally as so in looks...I envy any man or woman who wins your heart..." And Skull's lips were oh so close, hell their bodies practically pushed against each othr, but Verde snapped out of his trance like daze. That...had never happened before. How is it Skull had such charm? He blinked, throat dry as he pulled away, realizing he had subconciously pressed Skull's back to a wall, his hands hands on either side of the teen's head. Everything told him to pull away but there was just a certain attraction he was feeling-

"I-I apologize. I seemed to have been mumbling..." He said, trying to clear his head.

He felt himself blush...for one of the first times. That was...weird to say the least. Was he just...flirting with him? He gulped, unsure of how to react. "It's...okay, actually..." Goddammit that came out wrong.

( Screw that, I'd be all; TAKE ME NOW!)

 

Verde blinked, his brain faltering any communication with his body.This simply because Verde suddenly found himself kissing Skull passionately, one hand pinning him to the wall via shoulder and the other roaming over Skull's body, exploring everything with with skilled hands.

(They don't think it be like it is but it do.)

 

"Nm!" He was caught off guard, but sunk into it even so. He wasn't thinking coherently anymore as he was touched nearly everywhere. He was unsure of how to react to this as well. For now he'll just go along with it.

Verde hungrily dominated Skull, before he pulled back for air. The sight of Skull was...intoxicating to say the least. He was flushed, mouth open just barely, panting, and vulnerable to anything Verde could do to him. Taking tat oppurtunity, Verde went back in for a kiss, curiously poking it in with interest. All the while, both of his hands trailed across Skull's waist and hips, giving teasing pokes and whatnot.

Dino sighed, stretching his arms out tiredly. It was a nice day to come to Namimori to see his favorite little Skylark but he hadn't intended on being so exhausted. He had finished his paperwork by staying up late last night so he could visit but GOD did he wanna' sleep.

(YEAH. CAPSLOCK FTW. PREPARE TO RAEG.)

 

"A-Ah! Y-Yame...!" (Stop.)

"Kufufufu...I can't stop now; we've only just started."

"Gh...!"

Dino shrugged, getting up off the school steps to Namimori. He'd taken a bit of a rest so he supposed he was energized enough to please Hibari with a good fight. Smiling he walked into the empty middle school, ready to see his Hibari.
