~ The Synopsis ~

 

Son Goku was once the Earth's protector, but now he is its greatest threat.

 

His Saiyan instincts were lost after he suffered a blow to the head as a child. But now those instincts have returned and it has driven him to become a dangerous fighter, renaming himself Kakarot, the name he was given at birth; he has taken over the planet Earth, forcing its guardian Dende as his prisoner, and has assembled an army of enemies from the past by raising villains from both the living and the dead that keep the innocent in a constant state of fear. 

 

There is only one force that can stand up to Goku: his former friends and family who have assembled their own army of heroes, old and new, to combat him and bring him back to his once kind-hearted self.

 

Not even the Kais of the North Galaxy can help in this matter, as Kakarot has created a barrier around Earth that prevents outside forces from entering. Even so, new warriors have appeared on Earth, either joining Kakarot or his friends in what has now become a war for Earth.

 

You are part of the new breed of warriors that will either help take down or defend the world's strongest. But can you surpass the world's strongest as well?

 

That question will determine the fate of Earth and the outcome of this war between good and evil.

"Khaos Konquest": The army of villains who serve under Kakarot himself, comprised of sub armies led by powerful generals who all used to be enemies of Kakarot in the past, such as Frieza, Cell, and even Tien, one of many former do-gooders swayed by the influence of Kakarot's new regime.

 

You: A warrior who either allied with Khaos Kontrol or Khaos Konquest. Your choices are: a Saiyan (new Saiyans engineered using the DNA of living pure blood and half-breed Saiyans; serves under Vegeta or Nappa); an Earthling (a regular human or animal of Earth; serves under Krillin or Tien); a Namekian (Dragon Clansmen and Warriors from New Namek; serves under Piccolo or an unknown Khaos Konquest general); an Android (a normal Android or a Bio-Android (organic Android made up from cells of other races) created by either Capsule Corporation or the new Red Ribbon Army; serves under Android 18 or Android 19); a Majin (magical pink beings called upon by the wizard Babadi; serves under Mr. Buu or Dabura); or an Alien (various class of extraterrestrials existing in the North Galaxy and beyond, such as the Arcosians (Frieza's race); mixed into the previously stated armies)

Appearance: Short and spiky black hair drawn into a ponytail in the back, a few hairs hanging on the right side of his face; red martial arts gi; yellow weighted shirt; yellow boots; red and yellow finger-less gloves

 

Personality: Normally polite and formal, but can be aggressive when he wants to fight strong opponents, and can also let his ego get the best of him from time to time.

 

Background: Meric was trained by Saiyan Army General Vegeta himself, as were all the other new Saiyans, and while Vegeta molded him into a strong and capable warrior, Meric found himself to be a kind and gentle person regardless due to the influence of Vegeta's wife, Bulma. She took care of him like he was her own son, and for that, Meric became attached to both her and Vegeta on a personal level. His goal is to defeat Kakarot so he can keep Vegeta, Bulma, and the others safe, while at the same time, he also wants to bring Kakarot back to the light because of his admiration for him; the Konquest team had told him many stories of how Kakarot saved the world, and it also inspired him to get stronger.

Appearance: Aspar has long black hair. He wears the same orange gi that Krillin and Goku wore after training with Master Roshi. Underneath this is a black undershirt, with black pants and boots.

 

Personality: Aspar lives to fight. He's constantly looking for a sparring partner, and tends to get bored sparring with most Kontrol members. When he's not fighting, he's a bit of a clown. He loves to play pranks on other people, especially his close friends. When he's in a battle, he tends to not act entirely serious. Despite this, he's dedicated his entire life towards the battle with Khaos Konquest. He believes that he can bring Kakarot back to his own side.

 

Background: Aspar often took lessons from Kakarot's own son, Gohan, in an effort to try to learn more about their opponent. In doing so, he learned a lot about Gohan's father. He tried to understand Goku, made the Saiyan his role model, and fought so that one day, the two could have an all-out battle not as enemies, but as friends. Khaos Kontrol Base: Somewhere Near West City

 

"Everybody pipe down and listen!" Rang a gruffed voice from the end of a big and winding assembly hall paned with metal and chrome. The voice belonged to General Vegeta, Leader of the Khaos Kontrol Saiyan Army, and the yell was directed to the large group of fresh and young Saiyan warriors that were now piling up into the room upon their leader's outcry. One of them, Meric, carefully moved through the crowds so he could get a good view of his leader and father figure.

 

Whatever you have planned Mr. Vegeta, I'll be ready for it, he thought to himself as the crowds began to settle down and pay attention. Vegeta stared them all down with his normally icy look, his arms crossed in front of him and his Saiyan armor/Capsule Corps gear attire shining from the light being cascaded from the windows above.

 

"My fellow Saiyans... today you will be given a very important mission!" He barked.

Aspar quickly cut his way through the assembly hall. "Excuse me!" "Sorry!" "It's not my fault you're standing in my way!" He found a place far from Vegeta, hoping that the Saiyan hadn't noticed that he arrived late. My spar with Pan went on a little longer than I'd expected... I hope I didn't miss anything too important. He heard the people around him whispering about some special mission. A mission, you say? Finally, some real action! Maybe I'll even get to take on Kakarot and take him down myself!

Vegeta spoke once more: "We've received intel that the Dragon Balls are once again loose."

 

The words "Dragon Balls" made everybody either drop their jaw or gasp as murmurs and whispers then filled the air. The Dragon Balls had been since inactive ever since Kakarot took possession of them. However, a certain incident occured where somebody made a wish with the orbs without Kakarot knowing and thus after, they spread all across the world as they usually do. Rumors suggest the person in question was a little blue man and his two lackeys...

 

"Pipe down!!" Vegeta yelled after the chattering got too loud. He then continued. "Anyways, thanks to Capsule Corps. technology, we've done a worldwide search of all the Dragon Balls, and we're sending a team of you, the Saiyan Army, to retrieve the Four Star Ball. You are being assigned the Four Star Ball due to there being a high chance of Kakarot sending his strongest warriors to get it themselves. From what I've gathered, he has a sort of attachment to it."

 

Yeah, you're right Mr. Vegeta. That was the ball that his grandpa gave him. Krillin told me all about it. Meric thought to himself. I hope I get picked to go on this mission. I really want to show how strong I am thanks to my training.

"The Dragon Balls...?" Aspar recalled what he knew about the seven mystical objects. "I remember Mr. Gohan telling me about them... The Four Star ball was one that Goku was really attached to. Vegeta has a good point..." He became slightly excited. "If I go, I can meet Kakarot... I've got to be chosen for this!" He spoke a little too loudly for his own good. I wonder if I'll get any special privileges, since I'm so close to Mr. Gohan and Mrs. Videl...?

"I am assigning you based on your current rankings. After all, only the strongest of you will be needed for this particular mission."

 

Then I believe I will definitely be picked, Meric thought to himself, a small smirk on his face.

 

A small Capsule Corps robot then wheeled itself near Vegeta's feet, carrying a small phone-like device in its hands. Vegeta grabbed the device and pushed a button on it; the screen then showed the current and always updating list of the power levels of the Saiyan Army.

 

"Now then..." Vegeta called up five names, the five strongest Saiyans. Two of those names were Meric, ranked at number 1, and Aspar, ranked at number 2.

 

Wow, I'm first? I didn't think I was that strong. Meric thought to himself as he walked up to Vegeta with the others. I guess training with Mr. Vegeta payed off.

So, I'm number two, then? Heh, makes sense that I'm one of the strongest in the Saiyan army. I don't think I've heard of that guy who's apparently number one, though... Aspar looked around the large, crowded room, trying to spot this Meric guy. None of these guys look all that strong... How can any of them be better than me? He sighed, and looked back at Vegeta. Hopefully he'll get things moving soon... I want to get this mission started, and meet this Meric guy.

"Hmm. So you must be Aspar," Meric said, appearing next to Aspar as the three other soldiers appeared at his opposite side, lining up in order. "My name is Meric. Nice to meet you. You must have trained hard to earn your rank," Meric genuinely added.

Aspar looked over at Meric, surprised by his sudden arrival. "Yeah, I'm Aspar." He grinned. "Yeah, I've trained really hard. Mr. Gohan has been a really good teacher, and his daughter's pretty good for a sparring partner." He said, being a bit too prideful. "Of course, if you're the number one Saiyan here aside from Mr. Vegeta over there, you've probably trained a lot more than I have."

"I believe I have, to be honest. However, I'd still like to spar with you sometime," Meric said.

 

"Hey, did I hear that right? Did he say that you trained with General Vegeta?" said a solider at Aspar's left, poking her head out of the line so that Aspar and Meric could see her: she was a girl looking to be around sixteen years old; she had long black hair tied into a braided pony tail with spiky bangs; like the two boys, she was wearing a gi, colored deep blue with a light purple undershirt and matching purple wristbands; instead of the traditional pants, she wore a pair of short shorts and black/blue boots.

 

"Oh, um, yes, I have. I'm sort of like his personal student," Meric answered whole heartily.

 

"Wow! That's amazing!" The girl cheered, clasping her hands together in praise. "And you, you mentioned General Gohan. How do you know him?" she then asked Aspar.

Aspar was a bit shocked by the new girl who joined in. "Well, I trained with Mr. Gohan! I had a lot of private lessons with him, and Krillin. I'm pretty close to Mr. Gohan's family, too..." He explained, scratching his head. "So... Who are you? You must be one of the other five strongest Saiyans here." He asked, curious about the newcomer's identity.

The girl giggled, now getting out of line and standing in front of the two boys, hands behind her back. "My name is Collie. I'm the third strongest soldier in the Saiyan army," she said, treating her rank as if it was something like being a princess.

 

"Third strongest you say?" Meric replied. He did not think for a second that a girl would be one of the high ranking soldiers. Other than Pan and Bra, female Saiyans were scarce among the Khaos Kontrol, and possibly Khaos Konquest as well. 

 

"Yep! But look out, because I'm gonna be the first girl to reach the number one ranking soon!" She said, playfully smirking and giggling to the two boys.

 

"Huh. Is that so? Well then I look forward to the challenge," Meric replied.

"Huh. Is that so? Well then I look forward to the challenge," Meric replied.

"Number one rank, huh? Well... Good luck with that. That means you'll have to get stronger than me, and I hate to say it, but that's not happening, princess." Aspar laughed, as boastful as ever. "I'll have to see how strong you are, though... I'd ask for a fight, but that should probably be saved for after the mission."

"Hmm. I hold you to that, Aspar," she said, playfully poking the rowdy Saiyan in the chest. "And you too, Meric," she added, doing the same to the more quiet Saiyan.

 

Vegeta loudly cleared his throat. He had been sitting back and letting the three discuss this whole time; he did not want to be talked over and he was tired of waiting for his comrades to shut up.

 

"If you are done chatting, we have a mission to go over. And get back in line, Collie!" Vegeta yelled. 

 

"Ooh, er, y-yes sir, sorry sir!" She squeaked, getting back in her place with Meric, Aspar and the other two.

 

"It's time to step outside the training grounds. This mission will not be easy, nor will it be forgiving," Vegeta said, then turned his back as another small robot whirled its way towards him and projected a large map on the wall in front of him.

 

"You'll start by leaving this base and traveling towards the nearest wasteland..." Vegeta began to ramble. While he was explaining where to go, Meric stood quietly in his place, Collie doing the same, but bouncing back and forth on her heels out of boredom, and also out of excitement.

Aspar stood quietly as Vegeta explained their mission, but divided his attention between the debriefing, and planning out how the mission would go. When we find the Four Star Dragon Ball, we'll probably find Kakarot. If we find him, I'll give him a Kamehameha to the face, and make him beg to let us accept him on our side! He accidentally laughed a bit, getting too thought up in his own thoughts.
