Some children are born in this world with powers...called Minimums.

Minimums are rare powers, and only a select few have them.

In order to figure out who these people are, at a young age, boys and girls are sent to a testing site called Falcultas Academy.

If they pass the training course, they are accepted into the school.

Not everyone is accepted. A lot of people get turned down...and some of these people do have abilities, they just don't know how to show them.

Not everyone graduates, but a few manage too.

After they graduate, they are given a diploma and left to do whatever.

 

A place called Cafe Nowhere is offering jobs to people who are Minimum Holders to get a good amount of money.

But why would you accept a job at this place when there are way better jobs out there?

Because people literally hate Minimum Holders because most people are jealous of their powers.

Cafe Nowhere is the only place that seems to offer Minimum Holders jobs.

So will you get a job there and know you are safe with them...or will you go alone and die?

 

This is a roleplay based off of the anime Hamatora. You do not have to watch the anime unless you want to. However, it is not required.

 

Minimum Abilities--

Rules of Minimum Abilities:

1- You can use the ones from the anime!

2- You can also make new abilities!

3- New abilities cannot be over powered.

4- No abilities should be overpowered!!

5- Use your abilities wisely and not foolishly.

6- ONE ABILITY PER CHARACTER.

7- Be creative if you make a new ability.

 

Known abilities from the anime:

Electric Minimum- Allows the holder to control electricity.

Mighty Script- A tablet that has the ability to see 10 min. into the future at one place, and only one place, she chooses to see the future at. It takes about two min. for this process to work. (Contact me if you want this ability!!!)

Sonic Minimum- Able to travel at the speed of sound, only while listening to music. However, the user must make some form of sound in order to use it.

Detecting Minimum- Allows the holder to detect weak spots, illness, pain, and even death. This ability can be helpful in battle.

Small Miracle- Gives the holder an immense amount of strength, however it can be overused and stop for an amount of time.

Midnight Minimum- Gives the holder more strength and speed. The holder is capable of picking up heavy things and is able to withstand exhausting work. The power is stronger when the user is mad.

Kahutora Amaza, Detecting Minimum-- Silver Kuroki  

 

Ryoshi Yamiko, Darkness Screening: This user can use darkness to his manipulation, turning the darkness into any image he desires. The Image could do little damage to someone but is meant to scare people away-- Dawn of Riku

 

Dagon Valefar, Nightmare Minimum: The user can read the fears of someone or something, and then can appear as the detected thing/item-- Stitches7769

 

Rika Bishop, Light Medium - works exactly like the Sonic Medium, except she has to have some form of light touching her target. She uses a lighter mainly, but when she needs to travel far Rika has a pocket spotlight in her hip bag. When she listens to music she can focus better, allowing for more accurate movement/attacks. -- Oathkeeper136

 

Sora Takagi, Dominion Minimum: Removing her outermost upper piece of clothing (jacket, shirt, bra, as long as the outermost from her skin is removed) causes wings to sprout. This gives her flight and a sort of feath blade attack, as each feather is razor sharp. If Sora has blacked out, the wings appear completely black. If she hasn't gone through a bad episode, she has pure white wings. -- Oathkeeper136

 

Kyle Satoshi, The Summoner Minimum: allows the user to manipulate the feelings in his heart and manifest it as a creature depending on his feelings at the time, also depending on the feelings Kyle has at that point, it will determine the strength of the Summon (I.E Sadness will Summon a Weak Creature, Anger will Summon a Strong Creature.) -- Scottish Skarmory

 

Halioko Yagama, Sonic Blast Minimum: allows Hali to control and direct sonic vibrations. Must have a sound to work with, like the sound of other people, music or her own voice. Music is best, though she also favors blasts from the sound of a percussion. -- rikunobodyxiii

 

Kimiko Tateyama, Sonic Minimum: Able to travel at the speed of sound, only while listening to music. However, the user must make some form of sound in order to use it. -- Neko-chan

 

Ren Suzugamori, Ride the Vanguard: Ren was able to call real creatures from his Trading Cards,Vanguard,and make it as his companions.These creatures are known as "Vanguard". -- Hazimie 

 

Hajime, Midnight Minimum- Gives the holder more strength and speed. The holder is capable of picking up heavy things and is able to withstand exhausting work. -- Neko-chan

 

 

Feel free to start however you want, preferably heading towards Cafe Nowhere.

Firo's cellphone suddenly started ringing. "Firo here." he said before a voice in panic started shouting

"You blasted kid we got trouble there are four outsiders running around the sewers and randomly attacking! Get the hell over here!" The sound was so loud the entire cafe and maybe even some people outside heard it.

"On my way just calm down." The newly appointed investigator said. He rushed out of the cafe and took the butterfly knife out of his sleeve.

"Thank you Sora." Kyle said with a smile. He opened the menu and decided what he'd have, he wanted something different for a change. He thought he'd just get a drink because he wasn't that hungry. Sora was still darting around tables so Kyle thought not to be rude and be patient for her to come back over.

And so the moment Erin was waiting for so long finally started.She sat there in front of the desk of her fate sealer and was doing all the answering.From where you from,what's your education,show your minimun to likes,dislikes,past,future-Erin was asked all this questions.Anxiety was reaching borderline measure just sitting there for what seemes was hours.

 

And so Koneko finally let her go of her office.Erin let a releaving sigh.Her eyes met the sight of Kyle and her legs commanded approaching him.""Kyle.."she siad as she raised what it seemed like a maid dress"I got the job!"she squeld out of joy,lettin her russian accent in her speach

After the incidents with Kuroki yesterday, Hajime and Kimiko were back at Cafe Nowhere, Kimiko had her head down and was actually asleep, and Hajime was waiting on someone to take her order. All of the minimum holders were in trouble now, and she had to let Koneko know. 

Hajime got out of her chair, walking towards Koneko's office and knocking on the door.

"Koneko, it's Hajime. I have some bad news." she announced. 

Koneko walked over to the door, opening it.

"What is it Hajime?" she asked.

Hajime looked at Koneko seriously before speaking.

"Us Minimum holders are being watched by some creep named Kuroki. We need to be on high alert." Hajime declared.

Koneko nodded. 

"I will let the others know." she said, walking out of her office into the cafe.

"Listen up Minimum Holders!" Koneko raised her voice.

"I have just received word that someone named Kuroki is targeting us. Be on the look out and always be aware." she said seriously.

Finaly slowing down, Sora slipped behind Erin...then gave her a surprise hug, her slim arms gently slipping around Erin's waist.

"Congratulations." She said softly. "Here's a hug." She didn't let go as Koneko raised her voice. Frowning, Sora rested her chin on Erin's shoulder. "Do you have a restraunt in mind for our...d...date tonight?" She asked Erin shyly.

"Oh hey Erin! You got the job! Congratulations!" Kyle said as Erin approached him. He smiled at her for a while. 
"Listen up Minimum Holders!" Koneko raised her voice. Kyle's head turned around to face Koneko, confused.
"I have just received word that someone named Kuroki is targeting us. Be on the look out and always be aware." she said seriously. Kyle was slightly confused. Then Sora popped up behind her, Kyle was even more confused and a bit surprised. "Um.. Sora?" Kyle asked

"You okay?.."

"Oh hey Erin! You got the job! Congratulations!" Kyle said as Erin approached him. He smiled at her for a while. "Listen up Minimum Holders!" Koneko raised her voice. Kyle's head turned around to face Koneko, confused."I have just received word that someone named Kuroki is targeting us. Be on the look out and always be aware." she said seriously. "Thanks"She smiled back when suddenly she felt something jumping into her by suprise.She blushed."Thanks,Sor-"she didn't finish as Koneko brought the bad news.The joy was gone now leaving Erin dragged in worry.Well,that worry bacame confusion."WHAT?!B-but we barely k-know eachother!"She remembered that yesterday that Sora suggested dinner but a date was the last thing she had in mind

Firo was on his way to the station when a car stooped by. A man with pale skin and white hair opened the door and said. "Would you care for a lift?"Firo knew better than to slack off in a time like this

"No Thanks." He answered.

But before he could leave the man said "What if i tell you a fiew details about the outsiders?" That caught his ear. "Oh yes those poor poor boys who wanted nothing more than to be special. I insist you come along." He continued with a grin. Something felt wrong about this man but this could be useful. 

"Ok fine just one question. Who are you?" Firo asked before getting in.

The man replied with a sinister smile "I am professor moral and I am quite interested in you ..."

 

(DUM DUM DUM Looks like Moral decided to join the party ...)

Sora pulled back, face flushed. "I...I...I'm sorry. I-I...th-tho...." she ignored Kyle and turned away, then ran off. The door to the back rooms slammed, and Sora was gone.

 

She slid into the changing room. Sitting on the floor, she hugged her knees to her chest. She was embarrassed, extremely embarrassed, and feeling like a fool. She thought of it...why was she so honest and naive?

Burying her face in her knees, she muffled her sobs. Blackouts. Her stupidity. 

 

She felt Eros bubbling up, using her turbulant emotions to try and surface...but Erin was close. So close.

She fought her dark side down...and when she opened her eyes, she was on her side. She felt horrible.

"...d..did I...."

 

Blackness creeped into her vision, but she fought to stay awake. "Mom...why did you leave me?"

Sora had ran off in a burst of tears. "I'll go see if she's okay." Kyle said softly. He tried to follow the path that he had seen Sora take. He ended up at the door to the changing rooms where he heard soft sobs and whimpers. "Sora?.. It's Kyle.. Are you okay?.." Kyle asked softly, hoping for a reply.

"It's like I don't even work here," Ryoshi said with a sad annoyed face. "After all I only did take one order..." Ryoshi chuckled. He then went outside and sat somewhere near Erin. It was right next to them, so he could actually talk to her.

Ryoshi then looked over, and noticed that Kyle wasn't there.

"Um, Erin," Ryoshi said loud enough for her to hear. "Where did Kyle go?"

Sora had ran off in a burst of tears. "I'll go see if she's okay." Kyle said softly. He tried to follow the path that he had seen Sora take. She bowed her head. "...and I'm not okay...I...I'm afraid if I keep messing up I'll be all alone again..."

She blinked. Kyle?

She crawled over and reached up, pushing the door open. "...I'm sorry for being such a bother...my emotions are all over the place and I was ashamed and embarrassed. I'm sorry I caused you trouble." She bowed her head. "...and I'm not okay...I...I'm afraid if I keep messing up I'll be all alone again..."

(EVERYONE BE VERY SCARED.) 

It was a long car ride Firo didn't know how to react to this man. The silence was broken when Moral spoke "Tell me now how is it that you managed to develop a minimum without facultas?"

The question was not really out of place but it felt disturbing. "I ... I got it through shier hard work." He answered in a uncertain manner. 'Whats with this guy? He seems to want something. Best if i cut to the...' 

his thoughts were cut by moral "Chase? Oh trust me it would give me great pleasure to tell you all about it. In fact there was a thought that you would be very useful in helping me with something..."

'So he knows my thoughts huh? well this should be short.' he thought before saying "Three things. 1st whats in it for me? 2nd What is this thing anyway? And third why me?"

"Well then ill start with the second. What i want is to save people but I'll explain more of that later. What i need you to do is to find some help for me. Preferably skilled minimum holders but not from the cafe think outside the box. Why you well that's an interesting question. Let me think you have a nose for trouble which makes you very useful for avoiding it ... But there is one more reason your minimum is undeveloped a fact i find interesting and it might help with research. As whats in it for you well ... how about bringing back the dead? There may or may not be a way so ... What do you say?" He reached out his hand "Partners?"

 

(Attention antagonists assemble. Time for the bad guys to start their thing. In other words time for plot twisting.)

 

 

 

 

Kyle lifted Sora's head gently. "You weren't a bother and you're not alone either, you've got friends, like me and Erin..." 

"We'll be there for you, there's no need to worry yourself... We all have our hardships, that's just a fact of life. You'll be okay Sora." Kyle had finished his pep talk hoping that Sora was okay. He wiped a tear from Sora's face. "Are you okay now?

"I barely know either of you. And Erin probably is creeped out by me...how are we friends?" She asked, pulling away. 

"And you know nothing of my hardships."

"I seen what happened to you. I know, you nearly killed me. I don't understand any of it, why it happened, what your past is but I am a person who's willing to look past that as long as I have a friend who will look out for me as I look out for them." Kyle felt sad that he couldn't do anything. He turned so that he was looking the other direction from Sora "Sorry I disturbed you." Kyle stated, he then walked away, looking for Koneko to get his job.

(Looks like Firo is getting into trouble again. And Neko you forgot me )

 

Firo was hesitant "I need to think this over." He muttered and looked at the strange man once more.

"Of course my boy feel free to cal e later." Moral answered and handed the young investigator a cellphone. "I'll be in touch. And remember this is for the greater good." He continued as the car stopped. They were at Cafe nowhere again.

'I thought it was strange. So he was just driving in circles.' He thought and looked at the phone he had gotten before once ore entering the cafe. 'Its probably for the best if i watch over this place for now.' He sat down again seeing his newspaper was still there.

"Can i order here?" he said before He opening it once more but only so his face wouldn't be seen. 

"It's like I don't even work here," Ryoshi said with a sad annoyed face. "After all I only did take one order..." Ryoshi chuckled. He then went outside and sat somewhere near Erin. It was right next to them, so he could actually talk to her.Ryoshi then looked over, and noticed that Kyle wasn't there."Um, Erin," Ryoshi said loud enough for her to hear. "Where did Kyle go?"

"S-sora I ddidn't mean to-"she did finish as the girl slammed the door and Kyle went after her.Now she felt horrible for what she did.She didn't had the intention to make her cry.She went outside to catch some air and think what to do next.That's when Ryoshi talked to her"Huh?Oh...He went inside to check on Sora"She sighed.She wasn't even controlling her Russian accent anymore

"I'd like to apply for a job here please." Kyle Stated.

"Oh okay then. Let us get started. Follow me please." Koneko said cheerily. Kyle followed her into her office, hoping for the best.

Sora stepped out for fresh air. She breathed in deeply, shoving Eros down as far as possible. And then...Russian accent. Stepping towards them, she tapped Erin on the shoulder, rubbing her eyes of the tears.

"...m..may...I t...talk with you?" She asked softly, the memory of Kyle knowing her secret making her feel all the more alone.

((Le wild Russian accent appear!))"A-allright"she agreed in shame."Oh boy,here it goes"she thought."L-listen,I-I'm sorry for what I d-did there.I r-really didn't mean to u-upset you"She felt even worse seeing her in tears.Tears themselves were something that Erin prohibited herself to ever have or see.They always got her dragged in a deeper trouble.

(Speaking of trouble beware the outsiders)

 

Firo just held up his soda to get a sip before his phone rang (the one from the station) "FIRO WHERE IN GODS NAME HAVE YOU BEEN!!!" The chief screamed madly.

"Sory sir i didn't get the location of the outsiders."He answered before hearing the chief yell at someone close by.

"Listen kid we got mayor trouble. Three of the outsiders escaped and are running around the city. I'm leaving the incident cleanup in your hands." he said before hanging up. This is supposed to be cleanup ... well it cant get worse. 'Wait a moment.' Firo thought before standing up.

"Everyone a little attention please! I ... I mean the police has a one time job for minimum holders. Please let me know if anyone is interested!" he said loudly.

 

(Are the minimum holders still accepting jobs like in the anime anyway?)

(Yes they are. )

Sora managed a smile. "It wasn't your fault. I meant a date, and you didn't realize. I was the problem...a...and I can't really control my emotions. M...my mom said 'delicate' was the best word." She looked down. "...I am sorry I caused you so much trouble. I was embarrassed and ashamed and I paniced..." she looked up. "...c...can...I have another chance?"
