Some children are born in this world with powers...called Minimums.

Minimums are rare powers, and only a select few have them.

In order to figure out who these people are, at a young age, boys and girls are sent to a testing site called Falcultas Academy.

If they pass the training course, they are accepted into the school.

Not everyone is accepted. A lot of people get turned down...and some of these people do have abilities, they just don't know how to show them.

Not everyone graduates, but a few manage too.

After they graduate, they are given a diploma and left to do whatever.

 

A place called Cafe Nowhere is offering jobs to people who are Minimum Holders to get a good amount of money.

But why would you accept a job at this place when there are way better jobs out there?

Because people literally hate Minimum Holders because most people are jealous of their powers.

Cafe Nowhere is the only place that seems to offer Minimum Holders jobs.

So will you get a job there and know you are safe with them...or will you go alone and die?

 

This is a roleplay based off of the anime Hamatora. You do not have to watch the anime unless you want to. However, it is not required.

 

Minimum Abilities--

Rules of Minimum Abilities:

1- You can use the ones from the anime!

2- You can also make new abilities!

3- New abilities cannot be over powered.

4- No abilities should be overpowered!!

5- Use your abilities wisely and not foolishly.

6- ONE ABILITY PER CHARACTER.

7- Be creative if you make a new ability.

 

Known abilities from the anime:

Electric Minimum- Allows the holder to control electricity.

Mighty Script- A tablet that has the ability to see 10 min. into the future at one place, and only one place, she chooses to see the future at. It takes about two min. for this process to work. (Contact me if you want this ability!!!)

Sonic Minimum- Able to travel at the speed of sound, only while listening to music. However, the user must make some form of sound in order to use it.

Detecting Minimum- Allows the holder to detect weak spots, illness, pain, and even death. This ability can be helpful in battle.

Small Miracle- Gives the holder an immense amount of strength, however it can be overused and stop for an amount of time.

Midnight Minimum- Gives the holder more strength and speed. The holder is capable of picking up heavy things and is able to withstand exhausting work. The power is stronger when the user is mad.

Kahutora Amaza, Detecting Minimum-- Silver Kuroki  

 

Ryoshi Yamiko, Darkness Screening: This user can use darkness to his manipulation, turning the darkness into any image he desires. The Image could do little damage to someone but is meant to scare people away-- Dawn of Riku

 

Dagon Valefar, Nightmare Minimum: The user can read the fears of someone or something, and then can appear as the detected thing/item-- Stitches7769

 

Rika Bishop, Light Medium - works exactly like the Sonic Medium, except she has to have some form of light touching her target. She uses a lighter mainly, but when she needs to travel far Rika has a pocket spotlight in her hip bag. When she listens to music she can focus better, allowing for more accurate movement/attacks. -- Oathkeeper136

 

Sora Takagi, Dominion Minimum: Removing her outermost upper piece of clothing (jacket, shirt, bra, as long as the outermost from her skin is removed) causes wings to sprout. This gives her flight and a sort of feath blade attack, as each feather is razor sharp. If Sora has blacked out, the wings appear completely black. If she hasn't gone through a bad episode, she has pure white wings. -- Oathkeeper136

 

Kyle Satoshi, The Summoner Minimum: allows the user to manipulate the feelings in his heart and manifest it as a creature depending on his feelings at the time, also depending on the feelings Kyle has at that point, it will determine the strength of the Summon (I.E Sadness will Summon a Weak Creature, Anger will Summon a Strong Creature.) -- Scottish Skarmory

 

Halioko Yagama, Sonic Blast Minimum: allows Hali to control and direct sonic vibrations. Must have a sound to work with, like the sound of other people, music or her own voice. Music is best, though she also favors blasts from the sound of a percussion. -- rikunobodyxiii

 

Kimiko Tateyama, Sonic Minimum: Able to travel at the speed of sound, only while listening to music. However, the user must make some form of sound in order to use it. -- Neko-chan

 

Ren Suzugamori, Ride the Vanguard: Ren was able to call real creatures from his Trading Cards,Vanguard,and make it as his companions.These creatures are known as "Vanguard". -- Hazimie

"Y-You are?!" Koneko basically yelled.

She had just sent those people away, now she has this guy? 

"I will bring you to the others...they are on a job right now..." Koneko sighed.

She got one of her workers to drive Kahutora off to the house Hajime and the others were, the worker dropped him off, then drove off.

Kimiko and Hajime stared at the newcomer, not saying a word. 

Well that...was strange.... That was the one thought that kept going through his mind, even as he was whisked away from the Cafe to some completely different place. He murmured a curse word, before briefly pinching the bridge of his noise.

He glanced up at the two whom has been staring at them, and raised a brow. The one on the left was clearly a lover of music--though even one without Kahutora's Minimum could see that. Bright red stereo headphones hung from the girl's neck. She seemed like a goofy yet shy girl, though perhaps a bit reckless. Kahutora quickly glanced at the other girl. A black-haired girl who looked extremely athletic. Probably ate a lot due to that.

 

"Alright." Kahutora sighed, "So am I being put to work? What am I doing here? And can you two please not stare...?"

"This creepy woman brought us this piece of paper and said someone was following her and that this was the person's adress." Kimiko said simply.

"I can't help but stare, do you have a problem with it?" Kimiko then said a bit meanly.

The boy did look older then the three.

The Camaro pulled out of the driveway. Sora turned the car off, then felt...

"No..no no no..." she struggled. "Please...not again..."

Sora slumped over the wheel and blacked out.

"WAAH!" Screamed Kyle. He had the same nightmare again, he sat up sharply, sweating and panting heavily. He grabbed the nearest cup to the sofa and rushed to the kitchen sink to fill it with water. He guzzled the water down fast, still panting, he sat down. "I can't go back to sleep.. Not now.." Kyle said to himself. He was completely sane but It felt like he was going insane. "Ugh what do I do.." He cried to himself with his head in his hands.

"I'll go to Cafe Nowhere. I know I'm safe there. I can apply for the job too, save time tomorrow." He compromised with himself and decided to go to Cafe Nowhere. He pulled his trousers, a shirt and his black hoodie on. He slipped on his shoes and went out and sluggishly walked down the stairs to the lobby. He left through the front door and pulled his hood over his head. He smiled with a tear running down his face and headed for Cafe Nowhere.

He wasn't in the mood for fun and games. He waited as a shadow emerged.

"I-I'm sorry.. that was rude of me.. You didn't have to apologize.. I-I've had a rough night.." Kyle felt stupid and he knew he had been rude.

"Oh.. Where are my manners? My name is Kyle. What's yours?" Kyle said sheepishly holding out his hand.

He was in shock. The girl just came off the wall, was that her minimum? It must have been."Yeah." Kyle said looking away. He too was embarrassed."I-I'm sorry.. that was rude of me.. You didn't have to apologize.. I-I've had a rough night.." Kyle felt stupid and he knew he had been rude."Oh.. Where are my manners? My name is Kyle. What's yours?" Kyle said sheepishly holding out his hand.

"N-no it's me who should be apologizing"she replied rubbing her neck and giving a soft smile.She didn't want to make him feel worse."Nice meeting Kyle.Name's Erin.S-shall we continue on?"She asked wanting to continue the conversation while they were going to the cafe"Thick I saw you in the cafe yesterday,d-didn't I?"

"Good. Get on it then." Koneko declared. The next thing that the three were doing was standing in front of a house of the given adress."She didn't even give us time to introduce outselves before we were dropped off here..." Kimiko muttered."I am Hajime." Hajime muttered, holding out some candy in her hand.Kimiko tried reaching for a piece but Hajime popped them in her mouth. Kimiko wined a bit but shook it off, looking at Ryoshi."I am Kimiko, owner of the Sonic Minimum!" she exclaimed."I am the owner of the Midnight Minumum." Hajime said seriously."Who are you and what is your Minimum?" Kimiko asked. (Sorry to bug you Dawn, but that post was just a bit too short.)

Kyle looked weary. He took a second thought and decided not to apply just yet. He decided to just get a bite to eat and a drink. Erin didn't look too rich, he felt sorry for the girl. "Hey Erin, I'll go get us a table, thanks for walking with me to the Cafe. Food's on me." He stated,smiling and rummaging around in his pockets for money.

In the darkness was a figure, one who was currently staring at the address with intent, and as it's breath came out slowly, dark wings flared out, ready to dive in.

"O-oh,you don't really have to..."she smiled.She didn't want people to pity her,since childhood she didn't want that.But she didn't want to end up in an insisting arguement so maybe she should hesitate only this time.But she had in mind not to order too much."Well,allrig-"before she could sit beside him and finish her sentence,outside there was a sound of tires trying to stop with next being followed by the sound of a crash.It was muffle and distant but clear as a bell at the same time.Erin stared at the cafe's front door after a few seconds and then in Kyle's eyes.Then she decided to take a risk."Please wait here,I'll make sure to be back as soon as possible"she told him with a bit of conocern as she ran out of the cafe.She didn't want to risk his life too.And so she ran and ran,as if her life was about to be taken away.Pathing, looking around,she found the car...and the person inside.In the sheer of panic,she dragged the body outside of the car on the concrete street floor.She now recognised who it was,but she had not time for that.Nobody was around but the two of them,Erin never owned a phone and she tried calling emergency on Sora's damaged phone.Luckily she still had pulse and her lungs where still reaching oxygent.Now,the only thing Erin could do is to try calling again.But what came next,is what would make the redhaired regret even leaving the cafe(This sounds like it would lead to an epic fight.Funny how Erin has that simular thing like Sora,but on if you piss her off enough)

Sora's hand gripped Erin's wrist suddenly. Painfully.

With a yank the phone was sent skidding into the street, and the girl rose, shoving Erin back against the wall.

"You shouldn't interfere with an Angel's work." She said sweetly, but her voice was anything but. Malice and ill intent dripped from her mouth. Her hands began to undo her maid uniform, much like before.

 

"Gone too far, yeah I'm gone again~" She sang cheerily, and as the outer part fell, revealing an Akiba's Trip: Undead and Undressed T-Shirt, black wings, perfectly immaculate, sprung forth. They arched up and above Erin, and Sora licked her fingers.

"Pretty hair, pretty eyes. Pretty face. Can I rip it off?" Knives appeared, and she giggled insanely. "It won't hurt...much." the girl licked the knife. "Poor Sora...scream baby, scream while I hurt this delectable little thing. Sister Eros wants to play~"

 

The insane Angel of Death launched herself at Erin, aiming to stab her in the face.

"H-hey Erin! Where are you going!?" Kyle Called, he tried to reach for Erin's hand but to no avail. She was off before he knew it.

"Do you know that girl?" Koneko questioned.

"Yeah I do.. Well.. Um... We only just met tonight.." Kyle Replied.

"She said you two were looking for a-" Koneko asked but Kyle interrupted her and stood up.

"No.. Something's not right.. Something bad's going to happen.. And It's going to involve...." Kyle Gasped, eyes wide open. Erin. He had to hurry, There was something in the house that he didn't like to think he needed to use.. But he knew he had to.

 

At his apartment.

 

He picked up a large box, It had dust on it, It contained something he never wished to use. His dad's one handed sword. Kyle had practiced with it a couple of times, but once he started having these nightmares, It put him off ever using it again. He picked it up, sheathed it in it's scabbard, he took a few Kunai with him too and ran out the building as fast as he could. He could see smoke arising off to the north.

 

Near the smoke filled area.

 

Kyle was in horror, there was smoke everywhere, he couldn't see a thing, he unsheathed his sword in case. He felt sweat dripping from his hands, he held the sword tight and walked into the smoke, he seen what looked like two people struggling and running down the street. He chased after them.

Eros screamed in fury as the knife entered her joint. Ripping the knife out, she flew right at Erin, hand grasping thewhipe. It wrapped around the girl's ankle, and Eros yanked a few times, until Erin was finally yanked down to the ground. Razor sharp feathers pinned her by the clothes to the wall of the building. More knives appeared, the sharp blade caressing Erin's cheek.

"Poor Sora...she's begging me to let you live. If only you could hear her screams~" Eros giggled. "Will you scream for me too?"

The knife began to drag down Erin's cheek, a wave of blood begining to fall. Eros cackled as some blood got on the pristine maid uniform. "Any last requests?"

Earlier in the Cafe. "H-hey Erin! Where are you going!?" Kyle Called, he tried to reach for Erin's hand but to no avail. She was off before he knew it."Do you know that girl?" Koneko questioned."Yeah I do.. Well.. Um... We only just met tonight.." Kyle Replied."She said you two were looking for a-" Koneko asked but Kyle interrupted her and stood up."No.. Something's not right.. Something bad's going to happen.. And It's going to involve...." Kyle Gasped, eyes wide open. Erin. He had to hurry, There was something in the house that he didn't like to think he needed to use.. This was definetily the end for her.She was unable to move and her cheek was bleeding.That smell...Erin hated that smell.Eros dit it.She drove Erin to her breaking point.The innocent scared look vanished from her face,as she started giggling."Request,you say?"she said with her natural Russian accent as she kicked the angel in the gut sending her away.Before the she could do anything back,the redhaired got out of her loose blouse and got all the knifes that pinned it.Now it's time to play darts.In pure enjoyment Erin ran around Eros as she threw the knifes in her wings pinning her in the wall.With 2 knifes in her hands she came infront of her,leaving no personal space.Her eyes reflected the pure insanity that corrupted her,while she stabbed each knife in each of the angel's hand,making her completely immobile."Yess,I do have request..I am asking you to leave the little Sora alone"she voice was playful but eerie.She took her own knife back and run it down Sora's neck."If not...I would like to have those wings as mine...After all..I always wanted to fly"she explained as she gently slided the sharp object on the wings' roots,not chopping them...yet

Kyle pulled out a kunai and threw it near Erin, It bounced off the wall, he unsheathed his sword and ran toward her shouting "Why Erin! Why?!
