Some children are born in this world with powers...called Minimums.

Minimums are rare powers, and only a select few have them.

In order to figure out who these people are, at a young age, boys and girls are sent to a testing site called Falcultas Academy.

If they pass the training course, they are accepted into the school.

Not everyone is accepted. A lot of people get turned down...and some of these people do have abilities, they just don't know how to show them.

Not everyone graduates, but a few manage too.

After they graduate, they are given a diploma and left to do whatever.

 

A place called Cafe Nowhere is offering jobs to people who are Minimum Holders to get a good amount of money.

But why would you accept a job at this place when there are way better jobs out there?

Because people literally hate Minimum Holders because most people are jealous of their powers.

Cafe Nowhere is the only place that seems to offer Minimum Holders jobs.

So will you get a job there and know you are safe with them...or will you go alone and die?

 

This is a roleplay based off of the anime Hamatora. You do not have to watch the anime unless you want to. However, it is not required.

 

Minimum Abilities--

Rules of Minimum Abilities:

1- You can use the ones from the anime!

2- You can also make new abilities!

3- New abilities cannot be over powered.

4- No abilities should be overpowered!!

5- Use your abilities wisely and not foolishly.

6- ONE ABILITY PER CHARACTER.

7- Be creative if you make a new ability.

 

Known abilities from the anime:

Electric Minimum- Allows the holder to control electricity.

Mighty Script- A tablet that has the ability to see 10 min. into the future at one place, and only one place, she chooses to see the future at. It takes about two min. for this process to work. (Contact me if you want this ability!!!)

Sonic Minimum- Able to travel at the speed of sound, only while listening to music. However, the user must make some form of sound in order to use it.

Detecting Minimum- Allows the holder to detect weak spots, illness, pain, and even death. This ability can be helpful in battle.

Small Miracle- Gives the holder an immense amount of strength, however it can be overused and stop for an amount of time.

Midnight Minimum- Gives the holder more strength and speed. The holder is capable of picking up heavy things and is able to withstand exhausting work. The power is stronger when the user is mad.

Kahutora Amaza, Detecting Minimum-- Silver Kuroki  

 

Ryoshi Yamiko, Darkness Screening: This user can use darkness to his manipulation, turning the darkness into any image he desires. The Image could do little damage to someone but is meant to scare people away-- Dawn of Riku

 

Dagon Valefar, Nightmare Minimum: The user can read the fears of someone or something, and then can appear as the detected thing/item-- Stitches7769

 

Rika Bishop, Light Medium - works exactly like the Sonic Medium, except she has to have some form of light touching her target. She uses a lighter mainly, but when she needs to travel far Rika has a pocket spotlight in her hip bag. When she listens to music she can focus better, allowing for more accurate movement/attacks. -- Oathkeeper136

 

Sora Takagi, Dominion Minimum: Removing her outermost upper piece of clothing (jacket, shirt, bra, as long as the outermost from her skin is removed) causes wings to sprout. This gives her flight and a sort of feath blade attack, as each feather is razor sharp. If Sora has blacked out, the wings appear completely black. If she hasn't gone through a bad episode, she has pure white wings. -- Oathkeeper136

 

Kyle Satoshi, The Summoner Minimum: allows the user to manipulate the feelings in his heart and manifest it as a creature depending on his feelings at the time, also depending on the feelings Kyle has at that point, it will determine the strength of the Summon (I.E Sadness will Summon a Weak Creature, Anger will Summon a Strong Creature.) -- Scottish Skarmory

 

Halioko Yagama, Sonic Blast Minimum: allows Hali to control and direct sonic vibrations. Must have a sound to work with, like the sound of other people, music or her own voice. Music is best, though she also favors blasts from the sound of a percussion. -- rikunobodyxiii

 

Kimiko Tateyama, Sonic Minimum: Able to travel at the speed of sound, only while listening to music. However, the user must make some form of sound in order to use it. -- Neko-chan

 

Ren Suzugamori, Ride the Vanguard: Ren was able to call real creatures from his Trading Cards,Vanguard,and make it as his companions.These creatures are known as "Vanguard". -- Hazimie 

 

Hajime, Midnight Minimum- Gives the holder more strength and speed. The holder is capable of picking up heavy things and is able to withstand exhausting work. -- Neko-chan

Erin's head twisted in an unnatural way,looking at Kyle.She left Sora/Eros and headed to him.She knew the lil bitch won't move with all the knives stuck in her body.By only looking at her she looked as she was possesed,as the boy was looking at another person.Paler that usual,big dark cycles around her eyes and eyes filled with uneasy after feel.Oh I looks could kill.She stared at him for a few seconds and then gave him a little unsettiling grin."Kyle?Didn't Erin told you to be at the cafe?She do not want you to get hurt,you know.."the stranger told him as with its Russian accent and stared at his sword.Her grin grew wider.Then looked again"Your Erin is not here now...Once I leave she will come back..So...you can still trust her,but do not hurt her...physically"She looked again at the angel"Besides...this bitch attacked her first."

Erin had backed off, Kyle was trying to get the knives out of the girl's wings.

"Besides... This bitch attacked her first." Erin spoke maliciously. By this point, Kyle had already gotten all the knives out and shuddered at the possessed Erin's words and dropped the knife. Before Kyle knew it, the girl pushed Kyle away with a lot of force. He fell back, sword falling out of his grasp. "W-who are you people!?" Kyle shouted, fear in his eyes. "DeAtH... MiNiMuM... YoU'rE NeXt..." rang in Kyle's ears.. 

"ARGHHHHHHH!" Kyle was in fear, he didn't know what to do. Kyle just sat on his knees, speechless, motionless.

Erin had backed off, Kyle was trying to get the knives out of the girl's wings."Besides... This bitch attacked her first." Erin spoke maliciously. By this point, Kyle had already gotten all the knives out and shuddered at the possessed Erin's words and dropped the knife. Before Kyle knew it, the girl pushed Kyle away with a lot of force. He fell back, sword falling out of his grasp. "W-who are you people!?" Kyle shouted, fear in his eyes. "DeAtH... MiNiMuM... YoU'rE NeXt..." rang in Kyle's ears.. "ARGHHHHHHH!" Kyle was in fear, he didn't know what to do. Kyle just sat on his knees, speechless, motionless.

"Ugh,novichok.what did I tell you?"She said as gave him his sword back collected the knives.The stranger stood in front of Kyle facing Eros."Since I see Erin wants you live,I will spare you."

Eros cried out in rage, but watched quietly. Then she calmly ripped herself free of the knives, the razor sharp feathers falling down. "Teehee~ I did. Guilty~ Delicious screams, amazing screams. Nice to see someone else who likes blood. Will you be Eros' friend? We can make more dolls!" She advanced on Erin, cackling with more insanity then there really should be. "Nooo, I'd rather see your brain and play with your heart~ Maybe your intestines?"

 

She flapped hard, sending more razor feathers down upon the duo. "More dolls soon! More dolls!" She cried. "And no meanie Erin is gonna stop Eros from getting her playthings!"

Eros cried out in rage, but watched quietly. Then she calmly ripped herself free of the knives, the razor sharp feathers falling down. "Teehee~ I did. Guilty~ Delicious screams, amazing screams. Nice to see someone else who likes blood. Will you be Eros' friend? We can make more dolls!" She advanced on Erin, cackling with more insanity then there really should be. (The themes I play are kinda meant to be listened to, to get a feel for the moment but you don't need to listen to them, just a heads up for future reference ^_^)

 

 

 

 

While this battle ensued. Kyle was in a world of his own, still sitting on his knees, looking down into the ground. A couple of Feathers hit Kyle, two on his left arm and one on his left leg, he couldn't care less, insanity had broke him. Kyle stood up, still looking into the ground, picked up his sword and clenched his left hand into a fist. The feathers made incisions that had blood flowing out of them. The anger was building, you could see it on his face, tears dripping down it. He looked up at Erin and Eros with his eyes closed. 

"Stop.. This... NOW!!!!!"  Kyle shouted, eyes opened, flaming with anger. He started levitating in the air, holding his head.

"ARRRRRRRGH!" He screamed, a ray of light blinded Eros and Erin. Kyle landed on his feet with not one but two swords and a huge creature with two swords as well.

"I will not ALLOW IT!!" He Pointed his sword as did his Creature. Kyle had finally awakened the true power of his minimum. He lunged at them, two swords out wide, his creature followed the same pattern.

"I can't help but stare, do you have a problem with it?" Kimiko then said a bit meanly.

The boy did look older then the three.

"So...you all are trying to find out who the stalker was?" Kahutora asked sighing a bit that the girls stubbornly refused to stop staring at him. He didn't need to be unsettled at the moment. He needed to focus. Figuring out a mystery of sorts like this was his specialty.

"Perhaps I can...help. I'm guessing you both are Minimum holders, and so I shall tell you of mine. The Detecting Minimum. Akin to Sherlock Holmes, I have a sixth sense for understanding a person just be a glance, and piecing together things just be glancing around a room."

((Okay Im through. Sandra you're assuming what is going to happen, and now essentially dismembering my character without my permission. Please edit your post, because Eros would never let her own feathers hit her as such and would be flying after the initial strike. I went ahead with the initial miaunderstanding and let you find out far too early that Sora is the serial killer, but now its beyond that. I am sorry I'm harsh and a bit mean but I've nearly worked 11 days straight and not had a day off in twoish weeks.))

The door to the house in front of the group opened once The Detecting Minimum was mentioned.

"Did I hear Minimum?" a innocent voice asked.

Whom emerged from the building was going to be the enemy every Minimum holder would come to hate.

Rin and Hajime stared at the girl who came out of the building, she was fairly short and looked like a child. Her red glowing eyes set the two off though.

"I am a Minimum Holder too! What is your guys job?" the little girl asked.

"Um...we were sent to find a stalker living at this address." Kimiko spoke up.

"A stalker?" the girl asked.

"Are you calling me, Kuroki, a stalker?!" she raised her voice.

"U-Um...Kuroki was it? We aren't calling you a stalker its just that you need to not get so close to people and follow them all the time." Kimiko said urgently.

Kuroki's sword was drawn from her back and placed at Kimiko's sternum.

"You are calling me one. And for a Minimum Holder like myself you know I would never be doing that to someone." Kuroki said innocently.

Hajime dropped a jawbreaker into her mouth, looking at Kuroki with a glare in her eyes.

"Leave my friend alone." Hajime snapped, lunging a punch towards Kuroki and sending the little girl flying back.

The fight was on.

"Mm?" Kahutora grunted, silently reaching a hand to a hidden pocket under his coat. There, he had hidden a special handgun just in case he ran into situations like these. But of course, his first move would be to analyze that situation as quickly as he could. Over analyzing or being too slow would cost him.

"Don't harm the girl." He said, "She may not be your target at all.."

Ryoshi remembered that he had to go home. "Woops, but I got to go home now," Ryoshi said. "Bye!"

He had walked out of the door, and went on his way. He walked and thought for a bit.

"Oh yes! I finally have a job, but how will mom and dad react?"

He just kept on walking as if he never thought about anything. It was still questioning him deep down.

Eros giggled. "You two are funny~ But I have to go. I have dolls to make~" She flapped her wings and flew off, leaving Kyle to tend to the unconscious Erin, leaving them behind as she cackled to herself.

"Dolly time~"

 

She headed for the address seen before.

His mind just snapped and he just fell on his knees to his stomach. A couple of minutes had passed, Kyle's psych knocked him out cold. He got up on his hands and knees and looked up to see Erin lying, bloody all over. Kyle tried to get up but It was a struggle. He sat for a few minutes until he was capable to get up and walk. He noticed his second sword was gone, he sheathed his normal sword then picked up Erin "No... That... Wasn't... You..." Kyle spoke weakly. He had to get home, It was already getting into dark night and he was still out, he hurried back home as fast as he could, Erin still in his arms.

Kyle put Erin down on her feet. "It's best you just forget about me.." Kyle said quietly, he picked up and sheathed his sword. He was starting to tear up. He clenched his fists and walked away, tears were dripping from his face, he couldn't bare to look at Erin in the state he was in. He clenched his hand around the feathers on his arm, the feathers were sharp so he had to bare the pain and just rip them out, his hand started bleeding, he didn't care. He was worthless to the world anyway, another minimum holder killed is another life saved for the world, right?

 

At the row of flats

 

Kyle entered and walked up the stairs in a melancholy manner, he passed his room and continued walking up the stairs to the roof, he opened the door to the roof, the moonlight shining down. He just lay on the roof, looking at the stars, wondering why him of anyone was chosen, he thought to himself that he wasn't worthy, that he was fighting a losing battle.

Kyle put Erin down on her feet. "It's best you just forget about me.." Kyle said quietly, he picked up and sheathed his sword. He was starting to tear up. He clenched his fists and walked away, tears were dripping from his face, he couldn't bare to look at Erin in the state he was in. He clenched his hand around the feathers on his arm, the feathers were sharp so he had to bare the pain and just rip them out, his hand started bleeding, he didn't care. He was worthless to the world anyway, another minimum holder killed is another life saved for the world, right?

 

At the row of flats

 

Kyle entered and walked up the stairs in a melancholy manner, he passed his room and continued walking up the stairs to the roof, he opened the door to the roof, the moonlight shining down. He just lay on the roof, looking at the stars, wondering why him of anyone was chosen, he thought to himself that he wasn't worthy, that he was fighting a losing battle.

Erin was confused,even felt  guilty even thought she didn't understand why.Did she do something wrong?Why can't she remember?"H-hey..."she wanted to follow him but,decided to leave him some space.She was now alone.Completely,utterly alone.Looked around the car,she looked at the feathers,trying to every piece together but with no avail.The last think she could remember was trying to call on the phone.She found it,by its owner was nowhere to be seen.This bugged her so much.but she couldn't do anything about it.She took the cell phone and some of the feathers.She was now worried about Kyle.She decided to go find him.

 

 

Once again,She was on the walls.His window showed empty apartment.She then heard rustling on the roof.She was careful as she peek over.It was him.This was relieving for her but she was still dead worried.How can someone get attached with another soul that they just met?."h-hey"she said softly"I-is e-everything o-ok?"she asked although she knew it wasn't.She climbed over and sat next to him.She felt as useless as he was.She looked at the moon for a minute,with silence between them.

She then finally gathered the courage to speak up."are you in the m-mood with talking with m-me?I just..don't want you to see you hurting like this..."

"Hey..Don't say that to yourself.Every person alive has its own flaws and advantages.Even me,even you"She gave back a same soft smile which hinted sadness within."Just because you failed ,doesn't make you a weak individual..I did millions of mistakes too whanever regarding or not regarding that minimum.It sounds painful but we have to keep our optimisms up and keep trying...That's the only that anyone can survive..."She wanted to ask him what happened down there,but she was afraid if that would break him even more.She looked at the phone she collected from the car and browsed to see if there were any pictures of the owner.But the screen was shattered.She felt guilty for leaving the cafe to save someone which now was out of plain sight.They could have gotten jobs now.But why would you leave anyone just die if you had opportunity to save him?
