Sometimes I'm just in the mood for a good RP fight. Sometimes I have an awesome character concept but no RP to use it in. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

 

Fighting! will let you make characters and pit them in battle against other people's characters. You will be able to challenge another person to a fight using a character, and they can choose a character to fight yours.

 

Here is the way this will work:

 

1. Make a character! There will be no limit to the number of characters you can have. Just don't make them godlike in power. Otherwise, your character can really be anything. It doesn't even have to be human or humanoid!

 

2. Challenge someone! Announce the character you are planning to use. If the person accepts, they choose one of their characters to face yours. Team fights and free-for-alls are allowed. Make sure you and your opponent agree on terrain!

 

3. Start the fight! Make a separate thread and post the link in this thread. Call it anything you like, but make sure to put this at the end of your title: (Fighting!). Fight until someone wins! If you reach fifty posts per person, the fight is a draw.

Abilities: Dark Appearance (YOUNG XEHANORT) This ability allows the user to appear in a different place at anytime, but it has a toll. If the user uses it a lot, it will make them slow. (alot meaning like 3 times in chain.)

Heart Beat- Allows him to share the same strength and weaknesses as his opponent, when in trouble.

Darkness Rising- Gives a boost to his Dark Appearance ability by 1. when in trouble. 

Dark Blade- Has a dark sword.

I will put two, my primary story hero, and his nemesis:

 

Name: Silver Kuroi

Abilities:

~The usage of various elemental magics (similar to the spells Jade Curtiss can use in Tales of the Abyss)

~His main weapon is a special sword that has three forms: scythe form, dual-blade form, and broadsword form.

~Silver can summon white, light-based swords to aid him, though this is more like a 'Limit Break', as he only does it when things get rough.

~Silver's biggest ability is HeartBlade, in which his clothes change (appearance listed below), and his abilities become ramped up.

Origin: Silver comes from a world where Mana is the source of energy and life. It runs through the veins of nearly every lifeform, and can be harnessed through several 'towers' as an energy source. That being said, Mana was often the reason behind wars--if a country held a tower, they controlled the mana-output for that region. Silver was created as "S-Weapon" by a man he had once considered a fatherly figure, in order to stop these wars permanently. Due to this, he has an altered appearance and, being created by Mana itself, has an extremely high-tolerance for magic. Of course, he was a bit of a flawed Weapon, as his magic tends to be uncontrollable and often backfires upon him.

 

Name: Sin

Abilities:

~Sin harnesses the powers of darkness in order to achieve his goals. He can use it as an extension of his body, and easily make his body a weapon in itself.

~Due to being true sin, he is pure darkness, meaning that conventional weaponry and magic will do poorly against him. However, Light can be quite useful...

~Sin has similar magic powers to Silver, albeit his are far more crazed.

~Sin's primary weapon is a wicked black sword, that is both serrated and covered in spines.

~Sin has a final form himself, this being Genesis. He summons a chaotic dragon to serve him, and easily fuses together to become an unholy behemoth. Thankfully, light attacks are a lot more effective against him here.

Appearance: I sadly do not have a picture appearance for him. Imagine instead a tall, thin man with long dark blue hair. His face is soft, with crazed lightning-blue eyes. He often wears a long red cloak with a black tank-top underneath. His ears are slightly pointed.

Origin: During the final battle of Silver versus the aforementioned father-figure, Silver and this figure were both forced into an active vein of Mana. During that fight, a small portion of Silver's inner darkness (sin) was purged from his body and sucked into the mana stream. That bit of darkness prospered and devoured the energy it was in, until finally it attained a human form. Filled with power and an insatiable hunger, the new being, dubbed Sin, went on a hunt to destroy his creator--Silver Kuroi.

Name: Braxen HeartfordAbilities: Braxen's a keyblade wielder as well as a master of ice magic.Appearance: Tall with dark skin, green eyes, and a shaved head. He wears a black leather jacket, pants, gloves, and boots.Origin: Braxen hails from the Kingdom Hearts unverse, where he does his best to help those in need, and get himself into intense, thrilling situations.

Name: Dr. Vay Lea (First possession.)

 

Abilities: He can take the shadow from anything, and turn it into what ever he wants.

 

Appearance: Tall, black hair, green eyes, fair skin. Wears a long black cloak normally, however when he fights, he throws it off, and reveals his clothes, a black shirt, with black pants. He carries around a broken pocket watch, which is jammed open. At times, his skin and eyes turn completely black, as he is possessed by the spirit still.

 

Origin: Vay was one of the youngest doctors in his town, gaining the title at the age of 18. However, he always wanted more. One day, he found a pocket watch just lying on the street. He felt oddly compelled to pick it up, and open it. Upon doing so, he was possessed by an evil spirit, which granted him the control over shadows. Normally, Vay would have closed the watch, creating Drale. However, this Dr. Vay Lea, was taken from his timeline, right after being possessed. He found himself in a shapeless white void, and he now seeks vengeance on whoever stole him from his timeline.

Name: Drale Vay

 

Abilities: He can take the shadows from things, and turn them into whatever he wants. This time, however, he is strained when ever he takes shadows from objects. This strain increases as he takes more shadows.

 

Appearance: Tall, about 6', blue eyes, and brown hair. For clothes, he wears a black shirt, brown pants, blue shoes, and white gloves. He also carries around a broken pocket watch, which he never opens.

 

Origin: Drale doesn't remember where he came from, or much else for that matter. All he remembers is waking up a year ago, and finding himself with a broken pocket watch he feels he shouldn't open, and the power to control shadows. One day, he was taken from his timeline by a mysterious force. He ended up meeting Dr. Vay Lea there. Apart from the fact he felt oddly familiar, Drale ended up trusting Vay, and they teamed up to find whoever it was that took them out of their respective timeline.

 

And this is where things get a bit complex.

Abilities: Same as Drale, but he also wields a masamune, which has bonded to him.

 

Appearance: Tall, black hair, green eyes, fair skin. Wears a long black cloak normally, however when he fights, he throws it off, and reveals his clothes, a black shirt, with black pants. He carries around a broken pocket watch, which is jammed open. Since this is his second time being possessed, he has been able to fight off the influence of the spirit, and keeps his appearance the same.

 

Origin: This Dr. Vay Lea comes from a timeline where Drale opened the watch, and was possessed by the evil spirit, again. He found the masamune one day, and ended up forming a bond with it. This means that it will always materialize whenever Vay wants it. He was also taken from his timeline. He ended up joining with Drale and Dr. Vay Lea. (First possession.) This now means all three of them are hunting for that mysterious force.

(Wow, I might end up writing a story based off all this. I swear their backstory gets longer every time I write it.)

Edits are fine until you use that character in a fight. Then it is set. Also some rules on challenging other people: if you are challenged, you cannot make a new character or edit an existing one in response to the challenge. You must pick from existing characters. Also, each of your characters may only be in one fight at a time. Make a few so you can response to multiple challenges.

- By pouring his feelings to his blade,the sword possess the elements of the blue flames.

Origin:

He is a Liberator of the Gold Paladins, the Second Regular Army of the United Sanctuary. He used an unidentified weapon which could convert its inner feeling to blade of bluish flame. With excellent leadership, absolute loyalty and swordsmanship that could defeat high ranked knights easily, he is known as a hero and is called the confidant of the King of Knights. His identity and purpose are concealed, but his stance that fights for the Sanctuary singleheartedly is not suspected as fraudulent.

He always hides his face under hood and conceals his aura of presence, and few could identify his face from faraway. His ostensible title is the Leader of the Assault Troop, but his secret mission was to protect the King of Knights. The mission was asssigned confidentially by "Percival", which even his Majesty didn't notice.

Name: Mizuo Kamikaze (2-year Timeskip)

 

Abilities:

- Omniscience - Mizuo's signature Zen technique. He envelopes his area around a small, invisible sphere. He literally knows everything within that sphere and can react to incoming threats with light-fast reflexes easily. However, the technique disappears if his concentration is broken.

- Natural Absorption - Mizuo learns this technique from Sage Palma. Though he isn't able to use Sage (Master) mode, he is able to extract chi from nature using his own chi.

- Seven Swords Style: Lightning Gale Dragon - Commanding both wind and lightning, Mizuo whips up a violent tornado dragon with his swords followed by lightning to strike his enemies.

- Seven Swords Style: Revelation Chain Bind - Commanding and bending the rays of light, Mizuo chains his opponent(s) in a jail made of swords of light upon contact. It pierces their vital points and makes them immobile.

 

- Infinite Swords Style - Aegis Excalibur - A technique once used by Lancelot the Great hundreds of years ago in order to seal Azarath the Godbeast. Mizuo uses the downgraded version and commands the rays of light, with Zen, to excite and carry him from one level of speed to the next for a split second. Thus activating a Quantum Leap thousands of times faster than light itself. Mizuo slashes his opponent with this kind of speed thus making them feel as if they've been slashed millions of times. He can't use this technique more than once because of the toll it takes on his body due to such a high speed. Ultimate Technique

Origin: From one-sword style to seven and even infinite (spoiler), Mizuo Kamikaze was born to the infamous Kamikaze clan. However, in a world of magic, pure swordsmanship was more of a defect than many other fighting styles. It was stated that using a sword and magic was better than no magic and using a sword. Mizuo vowed to prove them wrong. However, as he lost and lost against wizards and magicians, Mizuo wondered if there is a need for pure swordsmanship in the world. Soon, he met Seth, a young traveler and DragonSlayer whose home was wiped out by Godbeasts. Seth was his name. As the two conversed, each shared their hopes and dreams and one morning, the two decided to go into town. A wizard who had beat Mizuo decided to confront him again mocking him of his defective swordsmanship. However, Seth grabbed Mizuo's katana and battled in his stead. Seth gracefully beat the Wizard and killed all doubt within Mizuo. That day, Mizuo decided to travel with Seth (Btw, Seth is the main character).

During the 2 year time-skip in which the team split up in order to train on their own, Mizuo learned Zen, the manipulation of one's chi in order to increase natural feats and also the counter to magic, and mastered his skills. He trained under a master swordsman to command the elements with Zen and swords, and later discovered his talent to wield seven swords.

 

 

Name: Alistar Koruma (Blue is his nickname)Abilities:

- Zen Enhanced Fighting - Alistar can fight at high speeds and strengths.

 

- Azure Noche - Alistar introduces a new type of magic to the story, dismantling (copyrighted ). Alistar shoots a well-formed sphere. The sphere has a ghostly density so it does no damage but rather goes inside of the target. When it does this, however, the target literally dismantles itself into perfect pieces with the target (if living) having no pain or recollection of it happening. (Ex. If the sphere goes inside of a human, their body parts fall perfectly like taking apart a puzzle)

 

- Ryu Deva: Rei ryu no Ken - Literally translated to "Fist of the Spirit Dragon". A strictly forbidden technique in the Temple of the Ryu Deva. Enhancing his fist with Zen, Alistar releases and emits a giant spirit dragon fused with every element at his targets. It is considered as unblockable because of its speed and too giant to dodge. The only considered way to defeat the technique is a very high level spell or Zen Technique. This technique commands a great deal of chi and has almost made Alistar die once. He never uses this technique unless his is willing to die or take someone with him to the grave. Ultimate Technique

Glad to have you! Just make sure Alistar's Azure Noche move isn't too powerful. I'm not going to consider it too powerful right now because I am assuming it can be dodged or destroyed.

Name: Sakurai Kurami...but she prefers to be called Sarai 

Abilities: Fire Manipulation, which is just from simple flames to beings made from flame. 

Also, a little idea I had a long while ago, Puppet Control. If Sairi has killed someone, she makes a puppet out of them, and she has three at the moment. She uses her puppets to lure the opponent away from her attention, and she goes in for the attack. 

Appearance: Sairi is a bit short for her age, she is rather pale with a normal sized bust, she has long black kinda messy hair that reaches a bit past her waist. Her right eye is a dark blue color and her left eye is a dark purple. She wears a white tank top, and a black oversized sweatshirt over it. She wears a black thigh-length skirt, black socks that are over her knees about a couple of inches, and white knee-high boots. She also wears black fingerless gloves, and a black choker necklace with a silver bell around it. Sarai also has black cat ears with some white fur on them, and she was a black demon-like tail with a spade at the end.
