I have just been watching the walkthroughs on youtube for this game when i noticed something that seems a bit strange.

Terra, Ventus and Aqua left the Land of Departure one after the other by mere minutes.

Terra's First world is Enchanted Domionion.

Ventus' first world is Dwarf Woodlands.

Aqua's first world is Castle of Dreams.

 

But in the castle of Dreams sections for all the players. it looks likes Ventus' and terra's storyline are before Aqua's. How can that be if she was the first person to go there?

Ventus storyline is about about making cinderella's dress.

Terra storyline is taking cinderella to the ball.

Aqua's storyline is during the ball.

 

It doesn't seem to make sense time wise.

But whilst watching the cutscenes when they leave, first Terra leaves but he says goodbye to ventus, ventus then changes into his armour and follows though the same portal and just when he leaves, Aqua calls after him and then she goes.

In the cutscene, it looks like they did leave straight after each other.

So the game makes it seem that Aqua takes a long time to get to one world but Terra and ventus both have time to complete one world themselves and then complete castle of dreams before Aqua even gets there.

It is because that Ven goes first to Dwarfwoodlands and the 2nd place he goes to is Castle of Dreams. The 3rd place that Terra goes to is Castle of Dreams. Aqua's 1st world is Castle of Dreams. When Terra is about to leave Caste of Dreams, Aqua sees him as she is entering the caste to start her story line there. This is because that Aqua is shown staying at Land of Departure for the longest time because she was shown talking to Eraqus. I hope that this clears it up for you.

Terra's first world is Enchanted Dominion, where he arrives first, then Ven, then Aqua. Terra stays here until Aurora's heart is captured by Maleficent, Ven until he encounters said evil lady, and Aqua who completes the story.

 

Tera's second world is the Dwarf Woodlands. He arrives at the Queen's castle and, following the plot of the world, takes the role of the hunter before going back to fight the Magic Mirror. Ven arrives in time to meet the dwarves, lead Snow White to the cottage, and fight the tree.

 

This is where it overlaps a bit with Terra. See, he starts out in the castle, has to navigate his way out and find Snow White, then go back in the castle again. Ven on the other hand, stays within the vicinity of the forest. Thus, in the time it takes for Terra to do everything he needs to do, the speedy guy over there was able to meet the dwarves, lead Snow White to the cottage, and fight the evil tree. It takes much less time for Ven scenario than Terra, so he was able to get ahead of Terra. Aqua arrives significantly later, since the first thing she sees is Snow White, well, dead.

 

Terra's third world is Castle of Dreams. As I previously stated, the events of Dwarf Woodlands allowed Ven to get ahead of him and arrive in this world earlier. Thus, Ven was able to make the dress, Terra to escort her to the ball, and Aqua to round things up.
