Some time ago the village known as Starkald was prospering and was in the best state it had ever been at. It was a peaceful little place until one day an unknown group of ememies called the Raniken invaded and burned the village to the ground. Taking many peoples lives along the way. The survivors of the attack were taken away and took hostage. Except for one group of people who formed a resistance that called itself the Staraldens. In honor of their village they swore to fight back, and take back their home from the Raniken. You are part of this resistance or you can be part of the Raniken to take down the resistance.. Will you take back your village or take over it entirely?

"You don't think I already know that? I've gotten over the saddness it will not interfear. I only meant that they are gone. And that I will avenge their deaths not out of saddness.." she looked at him coldly. "Emotions only interfear. They cause pain. And pain makes you weak... That weakness will not overcome me..." she said to him

Rick closed his eyes.

"Now, both of us have a grudge against the Raniken, and both of us want them gone. They greatly outnumber us, so going against them alone is suicide. Our best option is to work together, at least for now. What do you say?"

"Deal fine for now... So what is our plan, even the two of us can't go up against them alone..." she looked a him with a emotionless look. "......"

"I know that. It will be hard, especially since we don't know much about these Raniken, or how to hit them where it hurts. I think our best bet is to capture one and get information..." Rick put his hand on his forehead, "but even then, we'll have to find one that's alone. I think we need to establish how many of them there are, and find some more allies if possible."

 

Rick looked at Madison. "Did you notice something strange about that girl who attacked you and that other guy? She appeared to be on their side, but she was not a Raniken herself..."

"Im not going to worry about them now. Hmm we might be able to trick one into coming to us..... Then capture him. Ya know some Raniken are really ignorant and na

Rick nodded. "I think we can be expecting at least one of them very shortly. Since the other two got away, they know where we are right now. Surely they must be letting the others know." Rick suddenly paused "...and that means that plenty of them will be on their way..."

"I can't believe they are still here. I'll beat them this time and I'll show Sin that he doesn't need to stay here just to look over me." Irem thought as she tryed to approach the rebels without being noticed, this time slowly and quietly so that no one could hear her.

Rick suddenly saw a bird fly away in the distance. It's calls were strange, like... something disturbed it.

 

They're coming. But from where?

"Yes... We should be ready if anyone comes....... Anyone at all... You know..." she looked at him, readly for anything..... "I won't lose to anyone.."

Rick turned to Madison. "Did you see that bird fly away just now? Something disturbed the environment around it. At least one of them is approaching."

 

Rick got ready to draw his two blades.

 

"I don't know where they're coming from, but be ready for anything..."

"They are expecting us, I guess I'm not in advantage, but they are not expecting for an atack so soon, if I wait more they'll notice me, I shoul attack right away, now from where is the problem.I guess I'll take my chances." Irem looked around to see where she would have more chances of surprising the enemy, she was still hidden, but she was too near. Taking her only chance, she attacked Madison from behind fastly giving away any other chances she could have.

Rick's head jolted up. Someone was approaching quickly. He turned to see the girl from before charging at Madison with great speed.

 

"Madison!"

Madison heard the attack coming and jumped right as it came "Hah nice try! I wasn't trained since I was 2 for nothing!" she attacked back. Kicking her face very hard leaving a gash in Irem's right cheek

Rick drew a small sword in his right hand. "You fight like one of them, act like one of them..." Rick pointed his blade at the mysterious girl.

 

"...but you're not a Raniken. Who are you?"

(back) Percy drew out his sword and lightening bold and teleported to where Rick and Madison were "... You idiots, why are you 3 fighting?"

Irem kept quiet looking at them , she got her katana and charged once again "I won't give up just because I couldn't finish my first attack."

(Irem attacked Madison, we're getting ready to fight her )

 

Rick sighed, and charged at Irem, clashing blades with her.

 

"I'll ask again: who are you?"

Percy saw Irem and glared at her "Idiot, why have you come back???" asked Percy. Percy sent a wave of lighening with his master bolt at her

"Wait, our blades are touching! Don't use your thunder, or I'll be fried too!" Rick glared at Percy.

"My past is none of your business." Irem said dodging from Percy's lightning.

Rick lept back to avoid Percy's lightning as well. "I can see anger in your eyes, but also little experience. This is your first mission, isn't it?"

 

Rick drew his second blade, and pointed both at Irem. "My guess is, you were taken in by them, but not born with them."

"Fine but if I ever see the girl again I'm using my master bolt without hesitation" said Percy and put his bolt away. Percy kicked the girl to the ground "Who are you?"

"I already said that you don't have anything to do with me, so why should I tell you something?" she said getting up again but this time staying quiet without attacking again.

Rick glared at Irem. "Your on their side. That means that you have something to do with me." Rick was growing impatient with her, when he remembered his goal. "Where are they keeping my sister?"

Percy punched her to the ground and took out his long sword "Heh I guess then I'll exterminate you whoever you are, painfully"
