So out of the two game developers. Which one do you personally prefer?

Yes, Kojima was the one who personally sat down and did all of the coding for the HD transition.  Damn his eyes!

 

Also, he's stated that he still wants to do ZOE 3, so it isn't off the table.

I didn't say he did everything but he was in charge of the collection and he didn't put enough effort in it (the collection had bugs and glitches that weren't in the Ps2 version) unlike the MGS collection which was polished to the brim from top to bottom

Considering he's been working with mgs5, I'm sure his involvement in the ZOE collection was minimal at best.Just because he stopped other works doesn't mean he won't return to them.I don't normally defend Kojima, but I think you're being overly harsh.
