There is a new threat in the world. Deadlier than the plague, hard to trace, and can catch you when you least expect it.
They are called Ghouls
They are monsters, who live off of human flesh. They vivisect the bodies that they come across. They don not care about human life, or the concept of family. They are even prone to eat their own kind. What is worse, Is that we cannot tell human from ghoul. They might even just be around you. Your Friends and family. You are not safe.
Factions:
Ghoul- Humanoid people that live off the bodies of human beings. Despite what is told, they act, and even strive to be human. Ghouls eyes can shift when releasing their kagune
-when Thier eyes shift
Kagune are a part of their body, that acts like their predatory tools they can be tentacle or wing like. They can harden and shoot shards of their kagune at them.They cannot eat human food, as it is revolting to them, doing so would cause immediate nasuea and instant vomiting as soon as it hits the digestive tract, as well as a reduction of the ghouls powers of their kagune and regeneration. Knives cannot penetrate them. Injuries from kagune take longer to heal. Ghouls can also be sated by coffee, but flesh gives them strength. One body, can last them 1 month

Binge Eaters- Cant stop eating
Normal- Try to fit in with society. Higher-up ghouls give them bodies of suicide victims, morges, etc.
Gourmets- Savor the flesh and taste of those they kill
Half-ghoul- I'm that so secrets for now
CCG- Command of Counter Ghouls
Humans who work against the ghouls in secret, nicknamed 'doves' by the ghouls, due to their logos. Level 2 agents are given a A Quinquice, a weapon that can attach itself to a dead ghouls kagune, and can morph into various weapons. These can be stored in a briefcase or a bag.
They operate by a code of conducts. Here are a few:
[*]A human who harbors a ghoul must be punished more than a human who has aided or abetted a human criminal.
[*]A ghoul must be punished as much as allowed or necessary
[*]Harm no innocent humans
[*]Ghouls have no law that can protect them
Locations-
The Cafe- The Safe house for ghouls, and where They can be given a room on top of the cafe, wich houses an apartment.
The Gormet Hall- Where gourmets gather to share their specimens with other people who share Thier tendencies. The 'dish' is raised form a false dining room they are put in. The 'dish' is then greeted by an executioner, who then attempts to kill the man/woman in a disadvantaged lo
The Mask Shop- Where Gouls get their 'Masks from' These are used for those who want to eat and Thier face not recognized by the CCG. You can reveal yours, or buy one at your ouwn leisure.
