Sorry if you're asking what's wrong with it but to me it is a little inappropriate for a "10+ Everyone" game...This is something you don't see everyday that traumatized me for a long time till today...

I think he just grabbed her shirt and it just looks like he's holding her boobs 

it looked like he was grabbing her boobs due to the angle of the camera on that particular scene. 

I'd say it was definitely the neck or shirt, but closer to the shirt, but that may be more because off how the PSP graphics handled the scene. Someone should update the thread with  a PS3 screenshot.
