When you get all 24 items and then go synthesize them for Ultima weapon.

It requires five Lucid Gems, five power Gems, five thunder Gems, three mystery Goos, and three Gales.

who has them

Ok, Lucid Gems are quite easy to find and they are found in random heartless. Power Gems are found in Neverland and all heartless in Neverland contain a power Gem. All heartless that are able to cast thunder magic contains thunder Gem. So I suggest go to Atlantica for heartless like that. Mystery Goo is obtained after completing the white mushroom's challenge.
