Integra had died and left the hellsing organization without a leader. After a huge dilemma caused by the Vatican the next hellsing leader was the rightful heir. However the heir was a girl in her mid teens not older than 15. She had raven colored hair and amber eyes. It didn't take long before trouble came along. The ultimate weapon Alucard had once more been affected by Schrödinger's blood and disappeared. What's worse there are signs that show Seras Victoria to grow weak as well. Hellsing needs a new weapon. It took quite a while before it was decided that the last resort is to be used.

And thus an old face is going to return.

Walter ... The old butler of hellsing was not entirely dead. The power that Alucard had used to turn both of them into children worked in a much more. Tho the zeppelin exploded his body was later found and restored with some help from Alucard himself. Currently he is being kept in a cryo-stasis as they were still unsure of what to do with him. There he was for the past 50 years. Aside from being frozen he was also administered drugs to make him forget who he was. The door to the warehouse he was kept in had a a number of locks and most likely he would have been forgotten if not for the scenario.
