so i have more than this written but i posted this for now to see how it goes.if people like it or not

‘’In the vast deep forest of Hyrule, Long have I severed as the Guardian Sprit. I am known as the Deku Tree. The children of the Forest, the Kokiri live here with me. Each Kokiri has his or her own guardian fairy.  However there is one boy who does not have a fairy…….. Not far in a tree house the boy without a fairy sleeps in his home in the Kokiri Forest. However his dreams are full of nightmares.  ‘’Navi ….Navi where art thou, come hither….’’  A fairy gently floats in front of the Great Deku Tree.   ‘’Oh Navi the fairy…Listen to my words, the words of the Deku Tree…Does thou sense it? The Climate of Evil descending upon this realm. Malevolent forces even now are mustering to attack our land of Hyrule. For so long, the Kokiri Forest, the source of life, has stood as a barrier deterring outsiders and maintaining the order of the world. But…..before this tremendous evil, even my power is nothing. It seems the time has come for the boy without a fairy to begin his Journey. The Youth whose destiny it is to lead Hyrule to the path of Justice and truth. Navi….go now! Find our young friend and guide him to me. I do not have much time left. Fly Navi fly. The fate of the forest, nay the fate of the world depends on thee!’’   ‘’I understand.’’ Navi nodded.   She flew as fast as she could to house where the boy without a fairy slept. She hovered above his bed as he still lay sleeping. ‘‘Hello Link, wake up!’’ Navi cried, The Great Deku Tree wants to see you. Hey C’mon! Can Hyrule’s destiny really depend on such a lazy boy.’’ The boy without a fairy, Link, lazily sat up in his bed rubbing his eyes and yawning. Navi introduced herself.   ‘’Finally you woke up, I’m Navi the Fairy. The Great Deku Tree asked me to be your partner from now on! Nice to meet you. The Great Deku Tree has summoned you, so let’s get going….right now!’’ Link nodded then got out of bed.  As he left his house another Kokiri ran up to him. It was his best friend Saria. Saria’s eyes widened in surprise.  ‘’You finally got a fairy! I’ll wait here, get going! The Deku Tree would want to see you! ‘’ She cried.Link agreed then he ran off towards the Great Deku. Past the small stream and right up to another Kokiri blocking the path, Mido.Link gave off an annoyed look, Mido was always bossing around the other Kokiri but he bullied Link more often because he didn’t have a fairy.

‘’Hey you! Mr. No Fairy, Mido said in a mocking tone, what’s your business with the Deku Tree? Without a fairy you’re not even a real man!’’

Link glanced over to Navi.

‘’WHAT! You got a fairy?! The Deku Tree himself summoned you! Why you and not me the Great Mido. Urgh, I’ll never accept you as one of us! How’d you get to be the favorite of Saria and the Deku Tree.’’ Mido grumbled stepping aside allowing Link to pass.

Soon Link came upon the Great Deku Tree. Right away Link could tell something was wrong.

‘’Oh Navi…..thou hast returned…..Link…welcome. Listen carefully to what I the Deku Tree am about to tell thee. Thy slumber these past moons must of have been restless and full of nightmares. As the servants of evil gain strength, a vile climate pervades the land and causes nightmares to those sensitive to it. Verily, thou hast felt it….Link the time has come to test thy courage…I have been cursed…..I need thee to break the curse with thy wisdom and courage. Take the Kokiri Sword stored within me. Thee shall use this legendary weapon to destroy this great evil.’’ The Great Deku Tree said. He spoke as if from within Links mind.

Then the Deku Tree opened what seemed to be its mouth, Link then hurried inside.

Right away near the entrance Link ran into some Deku Baba’s. They were common monsters in the Koriri forest Link knew how to deal with them. He took out his sling shot and launched a Deku Nut stunning the beast, then he ran quickly past it. Navi looked troubled, Link asked her what is wrong.

‘’There shouldn’t be any monsters inside the Great Deku Tree., she answered, I wonder if it’s because of this curse he mentioned.’’

Link and Navi were moving forward as they talked and explored. Then Link felt empty air beneath him, he screamed as he fell. Navi quickly flew down to Link. Soon Link’s feet hit solid ground, he cried in pain.

‘’Are you okay!’’ Navi cried floating next to Link.

He looked up at Navi only to see a giant one eyed spider hanging from the ceiling. He knew right away what it was, Gohma. A legend of the Kokiri. It was a six foot wide and four feet tall spider with only one eye. She once lived thousands of years ago tormenting and eating Kokiri. Then a Hero glad in the Green Tunic of the Kokiri showed up and killed the spider using only a sling shot and the weapon that became known as the Kokiri sword. Link sharply stood up to try to get away but his twisted his ankle in the fall. Gohma opened her eye and looked ready to pounce.

‘’Use the Sling Shot Link!’’ Navi cried.

Shakenly Link aimed his Deku Nut at the spider’s eye. He let the nut fly. It landed right in Gohma’s eye. The Monster let out a blood curling scream as blood oozed from it wound. It fell right in front of Link. Its eye still open with the Deku Nut inside. Now that it’s closer Link saw a sword also sticking out of its eye.

‘’The Kokiri sword grab it, Link!’’ Navi shouted.

Link stumbled up and ripped the blade out of the monsters eye. Then he let out a loud cry then he slashed back and forth on the eye. Then Gohma started to burn in a blue flame till nothing was left of her.

''Link, you did it!'' Navi cried in joy.

He took several deep breaths then he noticed a glowing light around him. Then he sunndly found himself in front of the Great Deku Tree.

''Well done, Link. Thou hast verily demonstrated thy courage.... I knew thou wouldst be able to carry out my wishes. Now listen carefully.... A wicked man of the desert cast this dreadful curse upon me. This evil man ceaselessly uses his vile, sorcerous powers in his search for the Sacred Realm that is connected to Hyrule....For it is in that Sacred Realm one will find the divine relic, the Triforce, which contains the essence of the Gods...Thou must never allow the desert man in black armor to lay his hands on the sacred Triforce. Thou must never suffer that man, with his evil heart, to enter the Sacred Realm of legend. That evil man who cast the death curse upon me and sapped my power. Because of that curse, my end is nigh... Though your valiant efforts to break the curse were successful, I was doomed from before you started.'' The Great Deku Tree said with much effort.

Link and Navi looked up in alarm.

''Yes, I will pass away soon...But do not grieve for me...I have been able to tell you of these important matters... This is Hyrules final hope... Link... Go now to Hyrule Castle. Thou wilt surely meet the Princess of destiny. Take this stone with thee, the stone that man wanted so much he cast the curse upon me...''

A small Green stone with some sort of Spiral design on it appeared in Links hands.

'' The Kokiri Emerald, Spiritual Stone of the Forest.'' Navi said.

The Deku Tree continues his voice becoming softer and softer, ''The future depends upon thee, Link...thou art courageous... Navi the fairy...Help Link to carry out my will... I entreat thee…Navi my friend…good. Bye…’’

He stopped talking; the Great Deku Tree has died…..

‘’Good bye…Great Deku Tree.’’ Navi whispered.

Link turned around and limped out to begin his quest, with silent tears he moved on.

As Link limped along he came up to Mido once again.

“Link, what did you do!?”He cried.

Link slowly looked up at Mido. He told him that the Great Deku Tree was killed from a curse set by an outsider.

“How could you let a thing like that happen?! It’s your entire fault.”

Than he stormed off leaving Link to his hurt leg.

 “Link…” Navi trailed off.

She told Link to wait there she’ll get some help. Wincing Link sat down against the cold rock wall. Leaving him alone to his thoughts. A few minutes later Navi returned with Saria and Fado. They carried Link nearby to Fado’s home. There Fado laid Link onto a bed. He examined Links injury.

“Nothing more than a sprained ankle. A simple healing fairy can get that patched up quickly lad.” Fado exclaimed.

On que his pink fairy flew around Link’s leg doing a simple healing spell. The pain gone Link sat up and got out of the bed. Testing his newly healed leg.

“That’s that then. You two can stay here in my home for a little while. I’ll go out for a bit and practice my violin.” Fado said retrieving his leave violin and then playing some sort of upbeat tune, as he walked out the door.

“Now then, what the heck happened over there?” Saria asked.

Link looked down. He told her the same thing he told Mido just a bit earlier.

“So, that’s it huh. We thought so. All the sudden we felt his spirit leave this world….”

Link told her that he needs to leave the forest to go on a quest set by him from the Great Deku Tree.

“I knew you would leave the forest someday. Because you always seemed different. Not in a bad way I mean just different. But that’s okay, because we’ll be friends forever wont?” Saria said.

Link told her of course. She reached into her pack and pulled out a familiar instrument.

She looked down at it as she spoke, “I want you to have this Ocarina…Please take good care of it. It’s a memento from me. The fairy Ocarina, you know to how to play it. I thought you after all, and when you play my Ocarina. I hope you will think of me and come back to the forest to visit.”

He thanked her and then set out for his home. He had a night of rest to go before he was ready to leave on his journey. Early on in the morning he awoke. He had his essentials all packed. Then he strapped the Kokri sword in its sheath around on his back and then was given a Kokri Shield by Saria as another parting gift, he left for the exit to the forest. A Kokri who stood nearby guarding the exit warned Link that any Kokri who left the forest will die. Link told him that he’ll be fine. He had the Great Deku Trees blessing. And so when he left the forest he was perfectly fine. He and Navi continued along the path. Then just as they came into an opening to a huge field a voice rang out.

“Hoot, Hoot! Up here Link!”

Link shot his head up. There, up on top of a tree was the most gigantic owl he’d ever seen. It stared to speak again.

“It appears the time has finally come for you to start your adventure. You will encounter many hardships ahead…That is your fate. Don’t feel discouraged even during the toughest times. Just look out into the huge world it fills me with determination! If you head north you will see Hyrule Castle. You will meet a Princess there. If you are lost and don’t know which way to go. Then look the west and see the looming Death Mountain as a landmark. OK than I’m off!” It flew off away into the dawn.

Link and Navi looked at each other trying to make sense of what just happened. The two however decide to take the owls advice as the Great Deku Tree had told Link to see meet the Princess. So Link headed on. It was a huge giant open field. Each side stretched out as far as the eye could see. Eventually Link saw a large set of building. The sign next to them read,

“Lon Lon Ranch”

They continued onward. However night eventually fell. Link was forced to camp out. He sat down and pulled out some bread and began to eat.

“It’s scary huh.” Navi said.

Link nodded. He said that he never once in his life left the forest. Him and his friends back in Kokri village used to camp out in the woods before though. So he’s thinking about starting a small campfire. Just as Link stands up skeletons rise up from the ground around him. Quickly he unsheathes the Kokri sword. One swings a claw like arm at Link. He blocks it then slashes back as a counter. The skeleton burns into green flames before quickly dying out. Navi aids Link by pointing out any that get behind him. Soon all the skeletons are gone. Link puts away the Kokri sword. Link fell into an uneasy sleep. As he awoke he heard a Cucco cry in the distance. After gathering his things, Link and Navi set off further North. An hour later they came across a bridge over a river the bridge led to a small area of land and then to a stair way up a mountain. The sign next to the Bridge said,

“To Kakriko Village”

Even further up that path it seemed that’s where the place that owl mentioned is to the west, Death Mountain. Just a hundred feet north of the bridge lay a huge wall with a draw bridge. Together Link and Navi crossed over. The other side revealed a bustling town full of people,

A nearby guard greeted Link, “Welcome to Hyrule Castle Town. It’s a peaceful, prosperous town!”

Link simply nodded a hello, taken aback by the new scenery. He wandered farther into the town. There were market places set up everywhere people going this way and that way. On the edge of the town there sat an old looking temple Link walked nearby the fountain while examining the temple off in the distance. Then suddenly he heard Navi cry,

“Watch out!”

Link looked in front of him to late there was a small girl about his age who was about to run into him! They collided; the two got up from the ground groaning in pain and afterwards made sure that each other were okay.

“Oh! Sorry…Hey! Your clothes, there different!” She exclaimed.

Only now he realized how much his Kokri tunic stood out from everyone else in the town.

“You’re not from around here are you? Oh! That’s a fairy you’re a fairy boy from the forest; my name is Malon, my dad owns Lon Lon Ranch.”

Link wasn’t exactly surprised that she knew about the Kokri as they get regular Hylain visitors.

“So that’s the ranch we passed by yesterday.” Navi said.

“Yup! But dad went to the castle to deliver milk…and he hasn’t returned yet.” Malon said     looking sad.

“Link and I have business at the castle so we’ll look for him to, right Link?” Navi said.

He nodded.

“Oh, thank you so much fairy boy! Okay my dad is big, wears a red shirt and blue overalls. Go get ‘em fairy boy!” Malon cried.

Link told her his name.

Awesomeness! I'm looking forward to it! :D

“Got, it……….. fairy boy.” She snickered.

He just sighed it was like him trying to stop Fado from calling him lad. He looked over to his right. There further north lay the mighty Hyrule Castle. Heading onward Link eventually reached the edge of town and onto a dirt path. It continued for a little while than the path curved to the left. However a somewhat familiar voice rang out.

  “Hoot, hoot up here Link!”

He looked around for the source of the sound. There up in a nearby tree.

“The Princess is inside the castle just ahead. Be careful not to get caught by the guards!” The owl said. Then once again it flew off away to somewhere.

Yep, this is how I definitely remember having played the game!  Nice nailing down on the details!  I'm gonna give you two thumbs up, and a taco for your trouble!

More stuff to deal with. Link thought. It wasn’t going to be easy getting in. A bit more ahead and Link soon came up to a huge gate with a Hylain guard standing by. He noticed Link and said,“Go home child.”Well, Link thought he might as well try the direct approach first. He told the guard that he needed to go see Princess Zelda a direct order from the late Great Deku Tree. Also that the daughter of the owner of the Lon Lon Ranch is waiting for him.“You think you deserve a visit with the Princess! That’s rich!” The guard burst out laughing. After about ten seconds of laughing he managed to catch his breath. “Anyway,” he continued, “As for Talon, he’s busy delivering milk to the castle his kid can wait.”Link and Navi tried to argue but the guard wasn’t going to hear it. He threatened to call other guards to have Link taken away. Dejected Link sulked away trying to think of a way past. As he neared the tree where the owl talked to him before. He noticed some vines growing along a nearby wall. Link walked over to them and gave it a good tug. It held on fast. He climbed up onto them to the top of wall. It seemed to lead past over the top of the gate to the castle courtyard. He crawled along the path not wanting to be seen till he came up to the top of the gate. There on the other side was some more vines that led down to the ground below. There didn’t seem to be any guards around so he silently climbed down. To the right led to a dead end. And straight ahead stood more guards, on the right however is was clear. And a few trees nearby provided some cover. Over here there wasn’t any guards so Link made a quick jog over the other side of the courtyard. Now there was a small wall to climb over. Or go over to his right to a road leading into the castle draw bridge. After climbing up the wall he saw there was a small moat Link jumped inside making a small splash. He swam over till he reached a dead end and found a ledge to pull himself up on. Now he was completely soaked.“I’ll fix that up for you.” Navi chirped. She flew around Link drying his clothes instantly. The sound of snoring became apparent all of the sudden.“Mmmmmmmhhmmhmhm welcome to our ranch it’s so much fun.” A voice mumbled. There was a fat man with a red shirt and blue overalls. Balding head and a mustache.“I’m going to assume that’s Talon.” Navi said.Link shook the man awake; he sat up very quickly sounding very confused.“What in tarnation?! Can’t a person get a little shut-eye around here?” He cried.Than he noticed Link standing nearby. He blinked a few times.“Hello, and who might you be?Link introduced himself then asked if this man Talon the owner of Lon Lon Ranch.“Yep, I’m Talon, the owner of Lon Lon Ranch went to deliver some milk….But I guess I sat down  here to rest and then fell asleep.” Talon said scratching his head.“Malons been waiting for you!” Navi said.Talons eyes widened.“What?! Malon was looking for me! I’m gonna catch it from her now! Im messed up bad!” He shouted. Then he took off running shouting that Malons really going to let him have it.“What a weird, yet fun family. Hey Link we should visit the ranch sometime.” Navi.Link said yeah. He examined his nearby surroundings. There was a door leading into the castle close by. Link opened it and entered inside. It led to an indoor garden with walls of hedges and such. A few guards patrolled the area. Link ran down an open path between the hedges once the guards changed positions. Which they did so every eight seconds or so. Then Link came up to a spot where it would be impossible to sneak by. Then he saw this wooden structure that he could climb onto. He did so and slowly walked on top of it passing over the guards below. Then on the other side came some more hedges and flowers just like before. Link easily passed through. He soon came to a dead end with a stone path leading to the left. He stepped onto it. At the end of the stone path it lead to a small court yard much smaller than the one outside. It was full of yellow flowers with on flower bigger than all of the others standing out. A path splitting the beds of flowers led straight up to a couple of steps and a small window where a young girl about Links age was looking into. He walked up to her. She spun around hearing the footsteps in the grass.“What! Who, who are you!” she cried, “How did you get past the guards? Wait is that a fairy!” The girl cried.“Um, yes I’m a fairy.” Navi said.“Then are you….Are you from the forest? Then…then you wouldn’t happen to have the Spiritual Stone of the forest would you?! That green and shining stone.” The girl cried excitedly.Link raised his arm out and the stone appeared floating in his hand. He then pulled his arm and back and the stone disappeared back into wherever it goes when Link doesn’t need it. “Just as I thought!’ The girl grinned, “I had a dream…In the dream, dark storm clouds were billowing over the land of Hyrule…But suddenly, a ray of light shot out of the forest, parted the clouds, and lit the ground. The light turned into a figure holding a green and shining stone followed by a fairy…I knew this was a prophecy that someone would come from the forest…yes I thought you might be the one….Oh! I’m so sorry! I got carried away with my story and didn’t even properly introduce myself,” she said looking worried all of the sudden, she dropped her grin and took on a much more formal face and pose, “I am Zelda Princess of Hyrule. What is your name?” She asked.Link introduced himself as did Navi.“Link…Navi…Strange it sounds somehow familiar. OK then, Link, I’m going to tell you the secret of the Scared Realm that has been passed down by the Royal family of Hyrule.
