There's a character in the book version of Rudyard Kipling's "The Jungle Book", who is a bird named "Chil". In the 1967 Walt Disney animated film, there are chatacters that are 4 vultures named "Buzzy, Flaps, Ziggy & Dizzy", & in the 2002 sequel, a fifth one named "Lucky" (his mother was being sarcastic, obviously). Now, I was wondering if those vultures were based off the unused character, "Chil the Kite".
