It Seems That Batman Arkham Knight On PC Is Doing Terrible

Posted

Wow, this is the second time Warner bros has done this with a PC version of their game. First time was with Mortal Combat X PC version. Warner bros really need to give their PC devs more time to optimize the PC games. I feel really bad for anyone who's bought the game on PC.

Same. I really think that they should have delayed the PC version by maybe a couple of weeks instead of launching it on the same day as the console version to make it better. That would have at least given them more time to put more effort and fixing any bugs on the PC version.

there's no time to optimize ports when there's money to be made!!!

This kind of stuff is obviously unacceptable, but it shouldn't be surprising. Like you said, MKX was kind of a disaster, and PC ports of multi plat games from most companies are typically pretty sub-par at first. It's just a part of PC gaming, and people who bought it off Steam really shouldn't be too surprised. I'm still confident WB/Rocksteady will patch it soon and fix most if not all the major issues (like I said in the other Arkham Knight topic, the other Arkham games work near flawlessly on PC, there's little reason to think Knight won't eventually reach that same level).
